My wife and i ware staying in the Herods Boutique. It was a surprise vacation for here😌. Although expecting what I've experienced from herods, the delivery was outstanding and definitely unexpected. From the fact that the entire complex of herods palace, boutique, vitalis are all completely open to us, to the spontaneous and unexpected upgrade we've received from Shirley. Additionally, as my wife is pregnant, we had to be careful with the food, and the staff ware informative and kind to our many questions. The food was superb, and even my wife who's stomach is sensitive beyond pregnancy related matters, enjoyed from the verity of different options, which was very heartening☺️

I believe that upon Booking the place, i was a bit confused which one is which, boutique, palace and vitalis, as although all a semi single complex architecture, yet different.

We had a wonderful stay at Herods Boutique Eilat! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a suite, which made our experience even more special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view of the lagoon, sea, and mountains from the balcony. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We also received a complimentary dinner for two, which was a lovely touch—and the food was absolutely excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in Eilat.

Shriley was awesome she she truly created Value for the place by truly providing us access to the Business lounge, and additional facilities Shirley is truly Magical !!!! Go Go I believe you need to renovate the external appearance of the Hotel, and the access to the Lobby should be clearly Marked, in addition you should state at Booking the differences between Boutique, Palace etc which would help align the Value for your Buck ! with what you want to get.

Shirley, the hotel manager, is the only reason this hotel earned such a good review. The hotel is old and in need of a renovation, but Shirley gave us such excellent service and catered to our every need 24/7, which more than made up for any shortcomings in the hotel and made our stay truly worthwhile and memorable. I would definitely return again as long as she is still running the place!

The staff was super friendly and the room was big with plenty of light. The hotel is not new, but well maintained, everything was very clean. There was an in-door parking for Hotel guests, so the car was not hot when I used it. Got 2(!) personal calls from the Hotel manager to make sure that everything was OK. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, both in the wealth of choices and time - they are serving breakfast until 12:00PM which is great! A lot of the facilities are shared with the other Herods Hotels, so you can choose between two swimming pools for example, and there is also a beach that is free to use for Hotel guests. There is also a SPA and a OK equipped Gym if you need it. WiFi was free and available all over the hotel.

Overall experience was great, but if I'm being nit-picky, the cleaning services missed a cup once that was in the balcony, the parking is not card operated, so you need to ping to get the gate open (not a real problem). But these are really minor details.

Herods Eilat is the best! We stayed for about 3 days here, and we really enjoyed the place and its savory and tasty foods; it's home to us. They have the most amazing staff: kind and friendly. The place is so tidy, with everything in its place. We want to thank Shirley for being so good to us and letting us experience the majestic beauty of Herods Palace. She really has a good soul. Thank you so much; we would love to come back again..

Everything...!!!!, The Room was Amazing...The Breakfast was Fantastic. The Location was Perfect...!!!, The Hotel Manager Shirly was nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY..!!!! She was WONDERFUL..!!! I now know why this is the highest rated hotel in Eliat. Shirly took the time and stopped what she was doing to make sure my stay was Memorable. Shirly's care for her customers is GENIUNE...!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Herods Boutique. From the time I arrived until I left was FABULOUS..!!!

We had a short gateway in Eilat, single night at the Herods Botique. As we arrived, we were upgraded to a suite. Room was very spacious and comfortable, although it might be considered a bit of old design. We received during our stay a complimentary fruit plate and chocolate. Bottom line - We enjoyed it very much, especially the staff attention and efforts to make us feel good and enjoy our stay.

Nothing substantial, really. The only thing I can think of is suite design.

The room was very clean, spacious enough for us and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere in the dining room was very nice.

The indoor parking lot was a little annoying, and sometimes we had to wait until someone left and a space became available. In addition, the pool was too crowded and we did not enjoy it at all.

THE FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD!! THE HOTEL GAVE US EVERY EVENING OR LATE AFTERNOON ,tHE HOSPI TREATS IN THE FORM OF FRESH FRUIT AND COOKIES, AND DRINKS.

THE ROOM WAS TOO DARK. ITS TIME TO REFURBISH THE 30 YEAR OLD FURNITURE
