1. The staff was so kind and helpful, you can ask anything! Local people are really nice and make you feel like you're their family. 2. The hotel design, especially comparing to other hotels in the city: this one is the best! 3. Breakfast is wonderful! You have lots of choices and the food quality is high. 4. They have heated pool on the roof)

1. The noise from the restaurant: once or even twice a week they have parties till midnight and the music is so loud. 2. The reception desk is hard to find: a little door sign would be helpful I think But the whole impression is 9 out of 10! (Minus 1 because of the noise)

The staff were wonderful, pleasant and helpful. The room was beautiful, modern with a feeling of spaciousness. The breakfast was yummy filled with cheeses spreads and a choice of eggs and breads. There is a heated pool but it was just too cold outside to enjoy it.

Our room had a private pool in the patio. It seems like a great idea but the pool is little more than a wading space for children (who are not allowed in the hotel thankfully) It's a nice touch but I think it would have been better were it a jaccuzzi or big enough in which to swim. Our TV was troublesome but as we didn't go there to watch TV it wasn't a big deal

The hotel smells very nice, Is in a convenient location, really close to all attractions, The sea and boardwalk are just 1 min away, the ice park mall is 5 min away, supermarket and ATM over the corner, The restaurant has a very good vibe and music, The food was delicious, portions were huge. Cocktails were great and the staff was very friendly, helpful and caring, kudos to Victor and Julian, Rooms were cosy and clean, fresh bathrobes everyday, The best part is the heated rooftop pool, where you can relax and forget all your problems at least for a while.

Nice, clean and cute hotel. Staff was friendly and warm. Breakfast was fresh and good even on Saturday. Not the stale and cold,made a day before food we get in the kosher hotels. No kids. Great place for adults to relax.

There was no shower door in our bathroom and we had to literally go into a corner and ensure all through water doesn't splash out.

The team was friendly and polite. The room was modern and clean. I liked the DJ party that happened on the roof on Friday afternoon. Also, the Shabbat dinner is "a la carte" and is fantastic for the price!

There was an unpleasant smell at the entrance (probably from the flowers). The hotel is next to the club the "Chato", and on Saturday nights, we hear the music bass. There is no private parking.

Everything was perfect from day one. Aviv and the staff made us feel as comfortable as possible as he immediately upgraded our room. Restaurant is great and heated pool as well. If you lookin for a quiet vacation it is the place
