The views are stunning really breathtaking, room was very spacious and comfortable, no air conditioning might be a negative for some in the heat of the summer. Breakfast was a buffet of croissants, ham, cheese, yoghurt etc plentiful and tasty. If you want to have dinner in the hotel booking is essential as it is very popular.

Although there was enough parking perhaps spaces for guests could be reserved as at lunchtime and dinner time spaces are at a premium and you may have to park a short distance away from the hotel.

Indoor spaces, on-site restaurant, restaurant staff, room and bed comfort, mountain views.

The exterior of the building, courtyard and parking lot were poorly maintained. Trash in the parking lot. The pool, even when not in use, had a torn and dirty cover, which left a bad first impression of the place. Arriving at the reception, which was poorly signposted and poorly maintained, coming from the courtyard, left a bad impression. The daily rate was high. In a later search, for a stay 2 weeks later, the price dropped by about 75%.

Beautiful view from the hotel room and a very clean and gorgeous hotel with a lovely outdoor swimming pool. At first we had a room without a mountain view and we really wanted the view and it was so worth it to change! , It was stunning. The receptionist was very accommodating allowing us to change rooms and at a very reasonable price. Beautiful location and met the friendly local cat as well ☺️. The room was so gorgeous and peaceful overlooking everything. I wish we had stayed longer.

Drinks at the bar and food were very overpriced

I liked quiet area, clean and spacious room. Breakfast was just fine, but don't expect fancy breakfast buffet, you don't need that. Very friendly staff and free parking is available on site.

No curtain in the bathroom, people could see me taking a shower. No kettle, no cups, no refrigerator in the room. You can hear noise from corridor, which bothered me during my whole stay. I didn't want to stay at near busy area of Andorra la Vella, but the hotel is pretty far from the main area.

This location is excellent other than the long winding road up to it.Silent at night and the day. It sits on a shelf of flat ground high above the valley & town. The bed was exceptionally comfortable although pillows firm. Lovely pool& views. Very friendly staff. Great parking.

The coffee at breakfast needs to be better.& it would appear all milk in Andorra is long life UHT.

Coma Bella is a property that we have visited on several occasions. Now refitted with quirky modern fittings and making more use of the outside dining it was a pleasure to revisit. Exceptional value for money.

The buffet area could have been a little bigger to avoid congestion. Everything else perfect.

Expensive lunch menu with limited selection. Unclear description of pork dish at dinner, which turned out to be trotters and not loin. In all fairness, they gave us an alternative when we expressed disappointment.

Beautiful view in a tranquil location. The hotel is only a couple of km of the main road and there is parking available on site.. The staff were all lovely and made you feel really welcome and relaxed. The bed was very comfortable. The superior double has a magnificent view of the mountains and the standard double has a lovely view of the forest The whole experience was excellent and we would definitely visit again. .

The bedside light bulbs stay on and had to unscrew them at 4am

All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was varied and delicious for the evening meals and of a local style. Our room on the 1st floor gave us a view over the swimming pool and of the valley opposite so when you woke you were just looking at the sunlit mountains.
