It was comfortable stay, a little bit pricy. There was everything you need to sleep and was clean enough.

They say they don't have a reception but in reality they do. Also had a little bad experience with staff because he was working with some other guests while we were patiently waiting and meanwhile other guests were looking for documents and money he started speaking to us and then saying "OK, wait!", and this thing happened twice. I mean you started the conversation, we were waiting!

It was excellent value for money and very close to the bus station. The staff at the bar were very helpful and sweet. Helped us on questions we had even though it was difficult for them to communicate in English. The rooms were cleaned and very well maintained.

Its no fault of theirs but the some of the other guests were very noisy and there isn't enough sound proofing to prevent it. Otherwise no real complaints at all and would recommend it for sure.

Nice clean room great views of the football stadium. They were very dog friendly and loved our dog. Great service highly recommended for a decent price.

I'd probably get a room with air conditioning if in the summer but was fine in october.

The room was big enough with a nice view of the mountains. There were two beds, a small table and shelves. Also we had a bathroom with a bathtub. The fireplace near the reception looked nice.

You can use paid parking which was far enough

The bed was very comfortable, good size of bedroom, shower was strong; it was clean, the staff were very good, helpful and friendly.

Soap was not enough and poor quality. The hotel would improve with some much needed maintenance. For instance, the room we used has damaged door frame (room 204). It is not essential to enjoyment but would give a better impression if fixed.

Location, réception, lit,

Noisy location since to close the center, bathroom needs to be fixed. Water seeping through the doors, door isn't fully covered hence spalshes everywhere.

The hotel very clean and very wel l located to town centre. The staff were great, Marlon on reception was great help anything i needed.

The first njght a bit noisey people in late maming next door.

Very well located. The person in charge of the management was very kind and waited for us until we arrived to the place, close to midnight. Good breakfast and excellent views (Andorra is beautiful).

Nothing to mention here. Everything was just great.
