I had a great experience during my stay! The Argentinian receptionist, Camila, was super friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, warm, and very comfortable. The bed was absolutely massive—perfect for a good night's sleep! At the restaurant, the Moroccan staff member was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, both at dinner and breakfast. It was definitely worth paying for both meals. The location is perfect—very close to the bus terminal and within an excellent walking distance from the city's main street. I highly recommend staying here!

The location was excellent to see Andorra. We upgraded our room to one with a balcony which was lovely. The beds were so comfortable as were the pillows. The last that cleaned made a great job each day and was very friendly and non intrusive. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful too. The air conditioning worked wonderfully especially in the heat wave we’ve just had. Breakfast choice was excellent and plenty of it.

The bathroom was in need of updating as the shower in the bath was hard to see as it was so dark and the bath was quite slippery so I had to put a pair of shorts in there to stand so I didn’t slip over plus it was impossible to put the shower head in the holder as water went all over the floor. The pool was nice but wrong time of year to go and enjoy it due to school holidays! Parking was ok as long as the number they allocated to you wasn’t already in use and the way down to the hotel parking level was exceptionally tight and manoeuvring your car back and forth without hitting the wall took some skill!! And the cost of parking was rather expensive.

The staff were helpful, rooms were perfect, and I have no complaints there. The facilities and the hotel itself were nice.

I hate it when I set a filter in booking for "parking," and then the place turns out to have a parking for only a small perslcent of their guests and we have to search around for place to park our cars. I especially wrote to the hotel about this, and they said that they have parking for 20 euros per day but can not guarantee a place in their parking, but if needed they would assist us with parking nearby. The assist was "go there"... and "there" was closed, so we had to find another parking (that was more expensive and we had to pay 50 euro for a day and a half)

Location was great! Very close to the bus station and to the city center, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very good too and they have a lot of options. They also have a pool, sauna, and solarium. For the price, it is very good!

Breakfast starts only at 7.30am, so if you are leaving early, you might not get a chance to enjoy it. The gym they have is very old and most of the machines are not working properly. They have there only machines and not dumbells or similar. In general the hotel is old. Our window was not closing properly and opening randomly.

Excellent location in the middle of the city. Parking in the basement with elevator access. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with good gluten free options including churros! Pool and sauna on top floor were relaxing after a long hike.

Garage is suitable for a small car. However, I would not dare to drive in with a medium/large car. The hotel is slightly dated (gaskets deteriorating, pool ceiling in need of a paint job). Nevertheless, everything was clean and definitely good value for money.

I have been to this Hotel before and the location and everything is great. The rooms are very big and they give you a lot of extras that other hotels do not give you like, water & drinks. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner are very well priced for what you get.

The times for the spa, sauna etc are only in the afternoon but you can use the pool in the morning. The spar area needs some investment as it is old and falling apart a little,

I liked facilities and it’s location, also breakfast were rich and tasty. Tall guy at the reception speaking russian were helpful and interested to give advices about the country and things to know. Also check in was smooth by smiling and polite women ).

It was annoying, when kids regularly opened and closed steam bath and sauna door, many times they even left them opened. Also swimming pool area and generally spa were very noisy because of kids.

Location is great, breakfast and dinner were generous and reasonably priced.

Hotel did not offer any bathrobes and slippers to go to spa and/or swimming pool (which in fact a spa pool and not for swimming). The latter does not have any place to change after the pool - wet guests are walking the stairs or traveling by the elevators leaving stairs and elevator floors wet.

Location wise is very near to central coach station (5mins walk) and it is easily accessible to the highs street/shopping street. Generally the staff are very nice and sweet. They kindly prepare an unexpected birthday gift to my friend during his lunar birthday.

The facilities was closed down during the stay for renovation and it really get disappointed where you cannot access the sauna in the day time (time restraining). Gym was alright

All members of stuff were super friendly , locations amazing and spa facilities excellent , I have internal view so not grate but in general for quick snowbaord trip was amazing defo will be back there but this time get room wit outfitted view.

Internal view of my room make it bit dark but haven’t spend much time in room coz snowboarding all day so not much bother about it.
