The size of the room it is very good, the acomodation is nice, the location is very convinient! Breakfast is also good but they can do a bit of change day to day because having the same 3 days in a row its a bit borring.

The room looks very new, like they make good maintance, but the cleanning is something that can be make better. Because we travel for work, I shared the room with my college and we move the position of beds and sofa, and under where dirty. No a single day it rains but the window you cannot see true because where really dirty. Another thing is the parking cost, they should have a better rate negotiated with like a discount, because its about the same rate you pay if you go to another, then what is the point to pay in advance for this parking?

A welcoming and pleasant hotel, clean, with spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, and good services. Located right in the city center. Unfortunately, the description on Booking does not make it clear that it is not accessible by car, not even for loading/unloading luggage. The suggested garage is a partnered public underground car park, with its entrance on the opposite side of the block from the hotel, making it quite a distance away. There is an access point that allows you to enter the hotel directly, but it is not well signposted in the car park, and in any case, the doors only open with the room key card, which you receive after checking in. Once this small initial inconvenience was overcome, the stay was excellent.

Amazingly central location, wonderful staff at the reception, very clean and comfortable, great mountain views and very good breakfast. We’ll be definitely back.

Only the restaurant staff during breakfast: they’re expected (by the manager, I guess I noticed properly) to care definitely too much about the guests: keep watching by you, almost following your steps, to the point of taking the guests’ plate away not asked and too soon! They also seemed stressed to me, not a nice atmosphere between the staff was there in the air. It does not create a good impression on guests.

You can't beat it for the price. Room was well cleaned, and the bed was honestly amazing. The bed is quite big too, realistically speaking you could fit 4 people into it hahah. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from including the typical English breakfast. We enjoyed it.

During check-in, the staff came off a bit brusque and overall not very welcoming. Smiling a little more will go a long way, even if you don't speak English that well. WiFi is genuinely terrible. Checked the WiFi speeds multiple times during our stay, and it was always 3-4 MBs download & upload speed. In modern days this is terrible, and it honestly won't allow you to do basic work on your laptop in a productive manner. I have an online business, so for me this is crucial. Improvements to be made there.

Amazing location! Right on the main shopping street, close to kids playground and with a spacious parking. The lift will take you to the reception. Family room: Man it was huge! Gym: open 24/7, small but with great air conditioning. Loved it. Staff: so fast, so efficient. BRAVO!!! I felt like tipping them all. Bed: I have a 2.000 euro german mattress at home, so I am a bit hard to please but the mattress and pillows were just right! You will recharge your batteries, no doubt. Parking: clean, safe, well lit, 2.25 height my roomy V Class felt at home.

Smell: in the bathroom there was no mould but the smell was unpleasant. You should think about a better ventilation. Dinner: at 8 is too late.

The rooms are surprisingly big. The beds are great. The breakfast is good. A free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. The location is in the middle of the pedestrian shopping street. (Shopping, this is why you come to Andorra, don't you).

It's virtually impossible to find by car using the address. If you are lucky, you will arrive to a spot around the corner from the entrance which has a sign "reserved for the centric hotel". Maybe, it's worth giving the coordinates of exactly that spot?There's plenty of parking options around, though (also for high cars with roof boxes).

Hotel was tastefully designed, nice and modern. Room was spacious for our family 4. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Love the convenience of being able to walk directly into the downtown area to explore. We also had a rental car and from previous posts learned that there is an underground garage under the hotel. 22eur per evening so not cheap, but very worthwhile for the convenience of being able to drive about to other parts of Andorra while staying at the hotel.

The room with the balcony is very good. the Location of the hotel is exceptional. the staff at reception very helpful. The room is well equipped with coffee/tea making and a fridge. The air-condition was not working but it was fixed promptly.

The manager in the restaurant at Breakfast was rude. He chose us a table to sit. I explained that I would like to choose a more secluded table as I wanted to have a private and very sensitive conversation and needed a little bit more privacy. I was shocked at his response, he was inexplicably dismissive. I was obliged to firmly but politely insist on my request. There was less than 40% occupancy, there were many free tables. He need not have reacted this way. He spoiled it for us and Yomo Centric.

The hotel has a good location in the heart of the capital, and it is surrounded by malls and different shops. The room was fashionable, and it had a large area, including a toilet. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

It can be a little noisy as it is located in the central avenue of Andorra la Vella

Perfect location. Convenient parking (extra cost), fantastic breakfast (extra cost), large comfortable rooms.

Lack of outlets - only one outlet anywhere near the bed and several walls without outlets, which seems to be common in Europe. It was December, so A/C was shut off for season and even on coldest fan setting, the ventilation still blew out warm/hot air, so we had to open window (no screen) to cool down the room every day.
