Quite tricky locating reception which is a couple of floors below the hotel's entrance. The receptionist was extremely helpful, explaining how the car parking situation worked. We arrived on a Sunday evening which is an incredibly busy time with visitors from France stocking up on cheap drink and tobacco etc. The room wasn't big but they managed to include a spa bath in the bathroom. Breakfast was particularly good value and the dining room staff really friendly.

This hotel is a gem so nothing not to like.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The air in the room was a bit stale and not venting well with the one window and they were able to help get an air freshener and tried to move to another room to make sure things were comfortable. The half-board was also very convenient for a longer stay and hosted in the restaurant of the hotel.

A fan for the room to keep the air moving in the summer would have been nice. Tea was provided in the rooms but no kettle.

Good breakfast for the budget hotel. Orange juice machine is available. Location is excellent, many shops are next to the hotel.

Hotel internet is ready bad from the room. Good internet is available from the bar area only.

The friendliness of the staff. The quality of the food. The en-suite bathroom was great. The maid service was excellent. All in all great value for money.

Not much really, for the money we paid we were very satisfied with the hotel. The heating in the bedroom could not be controlled meaning that the room became too warm at night. Also, even though the bedroom was well maintained it was small for 3 adults and all their ski gear

Breakfast was good and had the usual things you would expect such as ham, cheese, cereals, pastries and bread along with coffee and juices. We also had a evening flight and the hotel kindly allowed us a late check out so we could ski in the morning and have somewhere to change before departing

We booked the evening meal option and although the standard of the food was really very good it was quite limited in choice. The hotel did offer pizza or tagliatelle every night to my son which was great but I guess there is a limit to how often someone wants pizza however good they are

Great location, delicious food and excellent staff, especially Carla, who is amazing and so personable. Thank you, Carla, it was lovely to meet you. This is our second visit and we look forward to our third. Thank you.

Nothing not to like. A tiny thing is that the remote control probably needs new batteries.

Very nice rooms, clean with all things you may need *shower cap, toothpaste, blowdryer*. Very nice people starting from the reception to the guys in the restaurant. Great food! Great location near the mountains!

It was a very friendly, welcoming hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Special mention to Carla who looked after us exceptionally well and went above and beyond her remit. my daughter is veggie and she made sure there was a veggie option every night. Great value for money, the food was very generous and good quality. Would highly recommend

One thing jacuzzi didn’t work in bath, but that was a minor thing.

Hotel Panda is a great place to stay! its clean, breakfast in great, staff member are friendly, location is good, far form the party area so you can sleep at night.

the wifi is not the best but it was fine for me and basic use.

Very clean and cosy

Boot/Ski storage was the top floor and very small. Not fit for purpose. Breakfast could do with cooked options and no sound proofing for rooms
