Beds were comfortable, hotel staff friendly. Good variety of breakfast buffet options, nothing fancy but something for everyone and a relaxed atmosphere. Free ski lockers in the hotel, so no need to pay extra to rent one elsewhere. Approx 200 steps to the piste so not far to carry them either!

Pas de la Casa was as noisy as I had feared, with partying groups singing in the street at nightclub closing time and waking us up. This was not the hotel's fault at all but did spoil an otherwise comfortable stay. Also our room was next to the lift shaft which was a bit noisy, although the hotel has a quiet policy from 11pm to 7am which was mostly well observed by the guests.

Check in was very straight forward - very friendly girl on the desk; owners Lucia and Rohan were super helpful and accommodating; room very clean, lots of hot water, coffee machine - loved the mezzanine level, bed super comfy mattress; excellent breakfast and ski locker room. Couldn't fault it in any way. And thanks so much for the welcome bottle of fizz. Dinner in the restaurant was soooo yummy too.

The room was very large and warm and the staff were lovely. The location was perfect, right next to the slopes, and we had all the amenities that we needed. We also enjoyed breakfast with a great selection of eggs, yoghurt, nuts, seeds etc!

The walls are paper thin so you need to bring earl plugs. Also I think that it could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up. Other than that, everything was perfect for our stay.

Although the hotel was almost full, the staff made effort to switch us to the room that is peaceful. Excellent staff. I had to push for it, none the less.

Room 312 is very noisy and the walls and floor vibrate during the night,so the bed vibrates as well. :). This is probbably from the professional refrigerator in the kitchen, one floor below. My children could not sleep.

A great variety of breakfast. Had lots to choose from for loads of different people. Vegans may struggle a bit, but you can ask if they can provide some plant based milks as they had a couple of oat based mussli options. They also had fruit.

Nothing to complain about - It was great.

You’re getting what you pay for, but the staff is VERY friendly, the rooms are clean and decently comfortable, the location is PERFECT (right next to the ski lifts) and our stay was calm and quiet.

The breakfast selection is decent but not huge, the showers are tiny if you’re tall, and the ski storage room is very small and hard to navigate.

Parking your car for multiple days is a big hassle in Pas de la Casa…It would be great if the hotel offered some sort of parking option (in the big indoor car park for example)

Cozy hotel, clean rooms, daily cleaning. Tasty breakfasts with fresh pastry good coffee, but they were unvaried. It would be great to change something and add fresh vegetables. The location was great, ski lifts in 150-200 meters. The receptionist was polite and loyal, she was English-speaking.

The rooms weren't soundproofed (but everyone seemed aware of this and kept things quiet from around 23h).
