"Fort Boayard" process with keys,indeed adventure to get to your room

If we are from foreign country, and switch to roaming, we cant call for the keys, or even write an e-mail to get the keys We had to go to the nearest hotel to catch wifi. Next time, I will just stay there

Breakfast was not included. The location is very good near shops and easy walking trails along river. And the view is so beautiful it takes your breath away.

Not the most comfortable beds and pillows. No dishwasher and yet a very big kitchen, so space not a problem. It would be helpful to provide a street number of the property in the booking confirmation, rather than S/N.

A very very nice warm clean flat 5 min away from the ski lift of Canillo and an area for good long walks along the river. For those with kids, there is something to do both down and up the mountain.

It would be nice to have a frying pan next time)

Because I always go to Andorra twice a year, in winter and summer. In summer, I stay in the towns around Andorra city, which is perfect. There are fewer people, the surrounding environment is better, the mountains and rivers are close, and the scenic area is 100 meters away

The sofa bed is badly damaged, the kitchen cabinets are badly wooded and the facilities are a bit old, but the bathroom and bedroom are perfect

The apartment is near the Telecabina, possible to walk there. That was our most important reason to choose this apartment and we were not disappointed. Online check-in was easy, parking was great, and when I had questions I got answers to my e-mails quickly.

Basic apartment. There was no view and it was dark and a bit chilly. The living room battery had a sound so couldn´t keep it on during the night. Also, I am not a fan of blankets. Beds had duvets but for the sofa only blankets. If 5 duvets are not possible could you think of duvet covers for the blankets, just a sheet with a blanket is just so old-fashioned.
