The apartment was very clean and had a great view of the mountains. There was also indoor parking for apartment guests. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the main bed in the bedroom was comfortable. My friends slept in the other room on the foldable couch and they said it was fine too.

To get the keys and the instructions and to show our vaccination certificate we had to drive to Andorra la Vella which is a 15 minute drive from the apartment. This was not a big problem for us because we had a car but I imagine it must be troublesome if you don't.

Very clean. Great view from the apartment. Loads of extra towels and blankets. Kitchen was big enough to cook dinners. Ana was very helpful before and during our stay.

Apartment warm and spacious

The automatic road lights outside go on turning on and off every time something moves in the street (a car, a cat, whatever), and the curtains in the apartment let these lights to change the brightness inside the room. During night time it's not very comfortable, especially if you have a light sleep. There is no place close outside the building to sit down and simply take your time. For example, being a smoker, I enjoy to sit down and relax and smoke and drink. The closest place to sit down are some stairs 50 meters outside the building. Nothing to do and rest outside, unless you get your car. Finally, i gave 200€ as a guarantee. The guarantee was cancelled the same day I left the apartment, and yet I received the money one month later. I understand that this is not the renter's fault, but nonetheless it left me wondering for a month if I would have got my money back. It was annoying

It was a nice appartment and location was ok too. Kitchen was ok, bed was comfortable.

But there was a strange mucus or something similar on the wall next to the dining table and it was disgusting. other than that it was clean anough.

Great location, very close to the ski lift (5 mins drive), even though it is mentioned that an apartment is within 250m from the ski lift - it is not a walking distance, as apartment is located on a heel. There is a big hotel next to apartments with the Spa and an Irish Pub. Apartment has a bath tub, good water pressure, big windows with an amazing view on the mountains!

Check-in was difficult, we arrived late, were very tired and we did not find the keys in the locker-box, they were missing because of some problem with the heating a day earlier. The "reception" is located in the capital, so all the communication should be done via phone. Once we forgot our single key inside the apartment and locked the door, at first CS suggested to visit their office (25min drive) to get a spare one. After some phone talks and texting our problems with the keys were solved, many thanks for that!
