Great view from the room of the valley. Good walks nearby (didn't come here for skiing!). Comfy bed. Warm rooms (though note below).

Thin walls and ceilings. People who arrive around midnight then talk and chat until the small hours. Lead shoe wearing people. Early risers who talk and chat outside and drag their cases across the slotted walkway outside the rooms. Car park is very tight. Ramps are badly designed, so if you have a low-lying car don't bother. Large cars won't fit. Long way up if you have multiple bags. Noisy plumbing. Doors and windows badly fit, so are drafty.

The location is close to the Telecabine and very convenient. Clean, quite well equipped. You can turn on and off heating in the room, that's very convenient.

They didn't have a parking slot for us. So we had to park our car in a private parking and to pay for that additional 50 euro. You also need to be aware that you need to get to some blocks by a lot of stairs. For us it was ok, but not an option for senior people. On photos of the rooms you'll see a mountain view, but in reality most of the apartments have "building view". In this case, photos for different rooms with different views should be different. On arrival day, we messaged the reception several times that because of the traffic jams we might be late, so we asked for self-check-in instructions, but the only answer we received was "we work till 7 pm". Thank God we arrived at 6:50 pm, otherwise I don't know what we had to do.

Spacious apartment with washing machine, dishwasher and and sufficient amount of plates and other kitchen stuff. Low pillows (which is rare), 15 min walking distance to ski lift, 25€ for late checkout which allows you to comfortably ski on your last day. Great views!

Soundproofing in the building is not great, which makes you dependent on your neighbours for a comfortable sleep. The building is a bit up the hill from the ski lift, which requires a bit of effort to walk up after a day on the slope.

The room was huge compared to ordinary hotels (an extra 15 euros for the upgrade, but it was worth it for us). The view from the full-sized windows was impressive, offering a panoramic vista that extended 10 kilometers. The equipment was adequate, with everything needed for a good vacation (microwave, stove, coffee maker, etc.). There were also 2 LED TVs: one for watching programs with friends and another for viewing from the bed. Overall, the room was perfect. On the last day, I watched a thunderstorm from the balcony, which was incredible. Thanks to the staff and owners for creating such an unbelievable atmosphere.

Everything was great. The difference in elevation between various parts of the property was challenging for me: the top building, the hotel's reception, the street, and the cafe were all more than 50 meters apart. However, this is a characteristic of the location.

The spacious, comfortable, well appointed apartment had double doors onto a large balcony with mountain views. The sun streamed into the living space. The central location meant you could walk down to shops and restaurants. The staff and manager were friendly and offered great advice, information and directions to local attractions and recommended restaurants. The overall look of the hotel blended in perfectly with the alpine landscape. The hotel communications pre visit were excellent.

The hotel car park spaces were tight and a challenge to manoeuvre into specific parks The first floor ramp was too steep causing our car scrape the front bumper when exiting. The alternative overnight parking suggested by the hotel would have been quite an uphill distance to walk.

Amazing location for the hotel, my room has everything I need during stay in the hotel including washing machine. Room was hot all the time and I was really surprised to get it. Reception was was so kind and hospitable during whole my stay and answered all my questions related to the resort and La Vella in overall.

Sometimes in evening hours you are able to learn different languages (for my case it was Spanish) from your noisy neighbors.

Within walking distance to El Tarter gondola (15mins). Easy to find. Clean and warm.

Lack of free on-site parking (although there's a free parking by Ransol roundabout). Twin bed apartment is not suited for tall people (I could not physically fit into the room/bed).

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is basic but nothing is missing and it’s quite comfortable

All the stairs up. Also, one day I was trying to come up on the elevator and, to my surprise, a women’s had been trapped in it for a long time. I’d rather take the stairs any time, carrying skies and boots if needed rather than taking that elevator.!

Superb Location. Amazing View from the room, Super clean room, very courteous staff. Overall was agood stay.

Accesibility to the rooms from Parking was a bit of hassle as we need to carry luggage all the way up in stairs. Since I was alone. I found it a bit challenging

We got very detailed description about how to get the keys, as we arrived after the reception opening hours, we managed to find it. The location was great with beautiful view for the mountains. The apartment was great and big enough for 4 people. The weather was little bit cold but they provided us extra heating system.

The wifi was little bit weak, but the staff was really helpful and flexible and they solved the problem immediately.
