Breakfast was very good. The all you can eat buffet was excellent on the first day, very good on the second day, and fair on the third day. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. It is very practical to rent the ski gear at the hotel (and you can buy some broken outfit bits as well). The hotel gave us a free pass for the Spa area. Rooms were very clean. There was a very efficient shuttle from the hotel to el Tarter (5-min drive)

The spa facilities were very good but a bit small for the size of the hotel (only one jacuzzi pool available), unfortunately, when noisy boisterous people camper in the spa area, it becomes less relaxing. The location of the hotel is good, but there are only 3 restaurants nearby, or the alternative is staying at the hotel dinner hall. There is no chair lift within a walking distance, which gives you less versatibility (you must take the free shuttle offered by the hotel to reach the gondola lift at El Tarter),

Clean and comfortable rooms. Food was lovely. Staff were lovely,friendly and efficient. Ski lockers were great and free. Shuttle bus to El Tarter gondola was super regular and efficient. Communal area comfortable

Spa was a bit grotty and got very busy and noisy. Our room - a junior suite had been double booked so we were moved to a triple room compensated with free use of the spa for our stay which sounded nice until we actually used it. That was disappointing as we would’ve liked the balcony we had booked

Staff were excellent, lift transfer were punctual, breakfast were brilliant, spa facilities good, rooms clean and warm. Good ski lockers and ski hire shop at hotel.

Dinner, as part of our half-board package, was disappointing. Most dishes were lukewarm, and the quality fell far below four-star expectations. While the staff did their best, the dining experience left a lot to be desired.

Very good hotel! But if your receptionist will be Jonathan, your stay in this hotel will be very remarkable in the best meaning of this word! What happened: we booked our room via Booking.com but in the fact it was sold out for this price when we arrived to the reception. We received free update and two welcome drinks immediately: it was very smart solution, thanks! When we got our welcome-drinks in the restaurant, we realised that the price for food is very reasonable here. The service accepted payment during checkout and it this is what we really like during vacation!!! Thank you! During our visit in this nice hotel we received also free one hour stay and free spa!!! We are happy to stay here! Please ask her table tennis equipment and play this nice game with your friends during your stay in this hotel! You can also do different sports and game but we didn’t try! Spa is very nice here! Thank you Jonathan for your magic service!!!

For my 1st and surprise Bachelorette weekend we chose the perfect location to explore the culture of Andorra. With everything we needed walking distance from this hotel. Confortable with the heat inside real feel tropics, and the trump card are the nicest people at the restaurant (specially Vanessa), bar and reception. We only had breackfast at the hotel but had everything we liked and we have different tastes in food. PA impeccable! Bonus: bubbles in ice for cortesy! Honor mention to Andbus (the best transport company ever) that, among other things, pick us up in front of our hotel!

The buffet breakfast is great value and buffet Dinner as well all the food. The room size was good as well as the mountain view. The bed was Hard had to sleep on top of a pillow.

THE HARD BED had to sleep on top of a pillow went out and bought some foam mattress to put on bed for my stay. Also the last two nights about 50 English school kids arrived and were very noisy at night had two phone the reception twice as i could not sleep.

The spa at the end of the day of skiing is a must. Relax in the pool and soak up in the hot tub or sauna. I feel like we were able to do more skiing just because of how much we could relax after in the spa.

The breakfast is something I would improve on. Not saying it was bad at all, but there is room to improve for sure. Would I go back again and book with breakfast? Absolutely yes. Would I go out and have breakfast some of the days just to get something different? Definitely

The breakfast cost €25, dinner was €35 - both very expensive and overpriced. The spa facilities were limited.

The breakfast buffet was really good. Great variety and quantity. The dinner was really good too. The common areas were really nice with a lot of spaces to relax and play games. Perfect for kids too.

There was a lot of noise in our room during the night from other rooms with groups talking. But the rest of the night was ok.

The location is ideal for skiing and enjoying Andorra. Only short drive away from Grandvalira or a walk from closest slopes

The breakfast is something to improve. On two occasions we skipped it and just went to eat elsewhere
