Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, Room was comfortable in size and had a sofa and table.

We had an issue with the seating one time at breakfast. We were five and got a table for four (I assumed two people of our party had already eaten breakfast). When they showed up they refused to change our table even though the place was almost empty. We were told that the 5th person had to sit alone (my daughter) and when she refused we ended up cramped on the same small table. Some of the staff needs guidance on what customer service means. With that said, the great majority of the staff was very accommodating and great.

Super location on the slopes, just a short ski down to the TC10 gondola as TSD4 was closed. Ski in was easy from Gall de Bosc. Comfy hotel, nice bed, basic gym, small pool, really good dinner and breakfast. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room which was a bit odd. Breakfast started at 0730 though so caffeine was available from then. There was an extra charge for the sauna. I would stay again but I’d bring my own coffee/kettle next time though.

The proximity to the mountains and a room overlooking the garden and slopes. The prettiness of the gardens and window boxes. We enjoyed looking at the wide selection of interesting vehicles that were on display both within the hotel and the parking area. Comfort communal area.

Staff were efficient but not the warmest and most welcoming. Food in the evening buffet was good but not exceptional.

The hotel was magical, a big mountain complex as you would imagine. The staff was super friendly upon arrival and changed our rooms on demand, the rooms were nice and beds comfortable (note that it is not a double bed, but 2 simple beds put together), breakfast & dinner was amazing - buffets were very rich, they used expensive ingredients (we had wonderful beef steak and duck). Overall, the common areas are very nice, you are not bored - there are arcade games, bowling... during the summer, the outdoor pool is amazing as well with excellent cocktail service! I am absolutely amazed and can recommend this place to everyone! :) Make sure to pay 10€ extra per day for mountain view, it's worth the balcony and views ;)

beautiful Hotel in a great Ski environment. Very nice personel. Great Buffet for bkfst & dinner. SPA / Pool was great and the game center was a very pleasant surprise.

-Add some equipment in the room, ex. a tea boiler -Add some soap in the showers at the indoor pool

Lovely apartment with great dinner & breakfast. Kids were a little disappointed that bowling alley wasn’t working but everything else was perfect.

Would have loved some tea/coffee sachets in apartment & it Felt a little like things were under repair during summer months and 20E per person deposit cash for a pool towel is a lot for families.

Breakfasts and dinners were awesome, a great variecy of meals! The territory is very clean. A perfect view from the rooms. Free parking available.

A minibar in the room would be useful.

The spa could have been more varied and better designed

1216 room was clean on every stay even though we were there for 1.5 days , we were over whelmed with the views and directions to stables even though we had never rided a horse before and the hotel arranged a massage for me and my partner, service was fabulous, we are in love with Andorra and hope to visit next year.

Nothink to dislike , very satisfying customers.

Food is excellent and great value for money especially when you do half board. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are great too.
