Stayed in a suite, lovely and large with view of the piste. Best location for the gondola in Soldeu and came with a locker near the gondola for ski gear. Excellent breakfast with amazing options. Spa was amazing - 2hrs per day included with Suite. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely toiletries and some nice little touches like welcome chocolate, slippers and activity packs for the kids.

Only some small niggles. Had a smell of drains in the room which we reported but problem was intermittent and we resolved by flushing hot water down the drains regularly. Lovely powerful shower but the plastic bracket holding the shower head wasn’t strong enough to hold it ok so had to shower holding the shower head.

Amazing location right next to the gondola with lockers and ski shop all within the same complex. The food was great. We opted for half board in the buffet restaurant which had a great variety for breakfast and dinner. Rooms cleaned every day with a turn down service. Junior Suited are large and spacious for a family of 4. The staff delighted to help at every opportunity, despite it being the final week of the season.

1. Rooms are large and comfortable with great facilities. However, there is no ventilation beyond opening the doors and so can get uncomfortably hot on spring days. Also, rooms below the restaurant do suffer from noise as the staff prepare for breakfast (from 0630) and clean up from dinner (2230). 2. Paying 45 per adult and 25 per child for dinner every night as part of the half board option, I would have hoped that water would be included. However this came at a supplement which did not sit well.

excellent location, stunning hotel. located on top of the gondola with excellent access to parking / ski equipment and the Soldeu village breakfast and bar services where at a high standard

the cost, linked to the standard of the room. not sure if this statement is true, but we have booked several times with booking.com and it would seem we always get the lowest standard / smallest of the rooms available in the hotel range - despite significant cost noise! on this occasion we travelled with a small baby (eight months) who has a relatively early (2000hrs) sleep time. yet the noise from older children 5-14 playing in the hall, on the stairs, shouting across landings and running around beyond 2230hrs we approached the hotel and the guests and neither took steps to calm the children down at an appropriate night time a formal complaint was submitted to the hotel / but they didn’t respond sadly

The hotel location is exceptional and the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to provide an excellent service at all times. This applied to the front of house staff and all the staff in the dining room.

The only disappointment was that the lift in the Wellness Spa was out of order, which was also the case last year. My wife has had a knee replacement, so having to use the stairs over 3 floors is difficult. A staff/delivery lift was available but this needed to be accessed external to the Spa. It was a shame.

This Hotel is a great choice for the area the hotel to ski lift experience is second to none. The east of parking and accessing your room is fantastic and takes all the hassle away from you end skiing

The spa should have a children’s hour with reduce facilities The kids also want to have fun !!!!

The best hotel, everything was perfect, the restaurants, the room, the place in the middle of ski world, the best experience and company was in the Koi restaurant from the girls and chef .perfect

The temperature in the room was too high and there was no thermostat inside to low it down The price is high for the room offered, therefore there should be a discount on the parking and forfaits

Rooms were too warm and had to sleep with balcony door open.

Love the location, near the cable car to go up the slopes. They have a nice terrace to view the slopes also. Great views from the room. Access to Mini Club for babies / toddlers. Friendly staff, lovely ambiance and clean facilities.

The wifi is slow and disconnects at times. Not advisable if you’re working.

cost of buffet and spa - very expensive and disappointed the swimming pool wasn’t included . bar staff were a little light on the ground in the evenings. but maybe that was because the season was coming to an end.
