Everything! Super location, views of the mountains right in front of us. Lovely terraces with different seating arrangements. Very nice room with a lovely bathroom. Italian restaurant was very good. Breakfast was excellent with a vast variety of choice. Nice pool area and jacuzzi. Very friendly staff.

A slight improvement could be made with the buffet restaurant for dinner. We ate there twice and the selection was very nice the first time ( beef and pork were delicious) and not so good the second time. Also the dishes were not filled up often enough to cover demand.

The half board package was great, lovely dinner and breakfast - fantastic variety. Nice outside areas to have a drink and enjoy the view! Room and bathroom nicely decorated and clean. Comfy bed. Also nice to use the spa.

The room was very warm, I think the heatwave made it to Andorra! Unfortunately there was no fan in the room and while the temp dropped overnight, we needed the balcony door open to cool down - the traffic was quite noisy late night/early morning, so we didn’t sleep well. Parking charges as an extra not great, but nowhere in the town has free parking, fine for one night but would get expensive.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, next to the main lift. There is metered parking available or the hotel garage. The views from the balcony are lovely. Very comfortable bed. I booked a room with mountain view but got allocated a road view. Luckily there was one room available, a quad room, 211. Absolutely fantastic room for a family or 3 or 4 friends. Only superior rooms have mountain views/balcony. Ski lockers are in the garage and an easy walk to the lift. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

It seems rooms with mountain views are advertised for standard rooms, they're not available! There was a crane being built right outside the hotel, hopefully the work won't take long, it was noisy all day. A few long black hairs in the bathroom left behind but otherwise very clean.

Great facilities and brilliantly refurbished. It was super clean and in a great location. Breakfast was fantastic and generally the staff were really helpful. Ski rental shop accessed via the hotel lobby which was great and a lovely terrace. Spa facilities were great too. All round a pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

The bar area lets the hotel down slightly. The bar sells Guinness yet none of the bar staff know how to pour/serve a Guinness correctly at all. We also ordered espresso martinis of which some came out looking like a latte, whilst others came out looking like watered down espresso martinis (within the same order). Glasses piled up on the end of the bar waiting to be cleaned in the masses and a long queue during the busier times (late afternoon). Only criticism here would be to hire not only more staff for those periods, but also more experienced staff/bar manager to raise the standards in line with the rest of the hotel.

Excellent quad room with 4 proper beds, recently refurbished with excellent bathroom. Mountain view was amazing. We had half board and we were more than happy with the food. New Years Eve gala dinner was included in our half board and was lovely!

Pool area needs a complete revamp to be up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. As it is currently it is not worth paying to enter as you could walk to the other local spas which are much nicer. Ski lockers are not heated (which I am very surprised by) so ski boots do not dry overnight.

Breakfast wasn't the best i've ever had but it was steady. Everything you want. It's a shame you get scowled at in these places for wrapping up a sandwich for later but they are all the same. The location is fantastic, as long as you are happy to carry your ski's 5 mins to the lift. Fine for me but my 68 year old father would have rather it been a ski in ski out hotel, you don't get the town on the evening then however. Room was basic but everything you need and expect. Clean. Pool area was nice, you get a free visit if booking with booking.com, I can't imagine anyone paying 12euros for it. Drinks were a good price.

I think the hotel was on the expensive side. I guess they know they have a great location. Lounge, bar, view, breakfast, spa, all good. Room, basic, ask for the slope facing rooms.

We enjoyed the view from the terrace and breakfast was delicious. Room and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. It was easy to find the location of the hotel. Instructions from the reception were clear. It was close to the funicular and to the trekking routes.

The food is amazing. Service and staff are great. They are always nice to us when we come back. They even did a little sweet plate for our anniversary! We absolutely loved it. We also had one of the new rooms and they are super comfortable

I think there should be more rooms with king beds for standard room type

When I asked if there were any nearby places to visit, the staff at the front desk warmly shared all the information they knew. I really liked how friendly and kind they were. The sun-drenched terrace in the restaurant opens up to the embrace of green mountains. And my room was cleaned every day.
