The hotel is in a great location in el Tarter, the rooms are small but practical. The breakfast is great and the restaurant and bar of the hotel provide very good quality food for the price. Wifi is also great.

The bathrooms start to look a bit old and used. Also, the interior garage can be a bit small for big cars, specially if the 4 spaces are ocupied and you need to park on the #1. Other than that there is space nearby the hotel to park, some free and some with parkmeter.

Freindly staff. We opted for the breakfast included, great selection and convenient. In house restaurant with good eats. Bar area for a late night snack and cocktail or coffee. Purchased ski passes at the hotel, ski lockers in basement with exit to sidewalk and short walk to lift. They also offer discount voucher for nearby ski rental. Parking on-site.

It's a standard big hotel. Ski lifts are close, around 5 minutes walking. Dedicated ski storage. The breakfast was amazing! Friendly staff. Room had balcony.

Parking next to the hotel is limited, you can park for free in the ski resort's parking. Rooms are very basic, just for sleeping.

5mins walk to El Tarter gondola & chair which provides access to Grandvalira. Everyone was so friendly & accommodating. Great breakfast sets you up for the day and I enjoyed the hotel bar also. Very easy to connect with Andbus transfers from Barcelona(50m walk to bus stop)

A great family hotel in a great location. The room with a balcony view was excellent. The meals in the hotel were very good indeed. The dinner menus were quite varied and of excellent quality. Breakfast was brilliant.......lots of choice. We stayed for 7 nights initially and liked it so much that we returned a week later to stay in the resort for 3 more nights. The staff were exceptional.......a great stay Thank you

Great atmosphere, classic ski hotel. Excellent comfy rooms with balcony. Tv has international.channels (which is rare). Absolutely great breakfast and friendly staff. Very nice restaurant. Parking possible inside garage and in front of the hotel. Top choice!

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and overall the stay was great. Pretty good breakfast, easy to park outside the property and you are 5 mins walk from the ski lift and 8 mins walk from the gondola. The hotel even provides you with lockers to leave your ski equipment over night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Some parts look a bit old fashioned but nothing that affected our stay.

Great choice at breakfast. Restaurant food and bar food good too and reasonably priced. Friendly staff and rooms cleaned well each day.

Room decor a touch dated but didn't matter too much as cleanliness and access to ski lift was great and more of a priority.

If you arrive by car to this hotel and get your car parked in front of the hotel you are lucky. The parking space could be larger.
