It is a magical place, where staff were clearly happy to work there and empowered. We felt pampered and looked after. A massive thanks to Toni from the restaurant, for his kind attention and innate sense of hospitality. Fantastic breakfast! Great job to all staff, from reception to cleaners!

Shame the restaurant is not open everyday, as the reduced menu was disappointing. Also more variety of non-meat dishes would be awesome, for example, cater for vegan without necessarily eating a coca of verduras. Soups, vegan protein salads, stir fry, curries! Just be creative!

Simply put, absolutely everything - the stunning and convenient location (being right in the middle of Andorra, everywhere else is easily accessible), the glorious locally sourced and expertly prepared dishes including the most fabulous breakfast, and it's by far the most comfortable place l've stayed at!

If they were able to offer a shuttle service during the summer months as well that would be helpful.

We loved everything about the hotel, restaurant and spa. We enjoyed every aspect of the place. The views were spectacular. The staff was super friendly (shout out to Laura and Ruben). We were given a short tour of the area, our room and all the amenities. Dinner was superb and breakfast had all the yummy things one needs to carry on. We only stayed there one night, but definitely would have stayed longer.

Walls are a little thin and the guests next to us could be heard quite clearly. I brought this up to Laura the next morning and she mentioned that the hotel was currently working on mediating that.

Great staff, friendly welcoming & helpful. Clean lovely rooms a little dark and one of our rooms had no door on the toilet (intended), but our single person took that, bathroom very clean powerful shower and excellent large towels for the ladies ! Toilet paper was a bit rough . There’s a honesty bar in reception a great restaurant for evening meals and great breakfast.

Had to pay 25 euros for an hour at the pool and saunas.

Beautiful room, unusual, loved the stark black theme. Bed comfortable and big. Large shower. Lovely toiletries. Surrounding gardens, local walks and peacefulness of the area. Easy to reach from town.

Better lighting especially in the bathroom area. Disappointed that there was not a dress code for the restaurant in the evening, hoodies and jeans are such a no no.

Very interesting decor and vibe. Very spa designer inside and contrasting with the outside look. Spa convenient. Great food. Potential views, weather dependent.

Expensive, plus paying extra for the spa is a shame considering overall costs. Room very dark for reading.

This was nicely out of the way for Andorra - higher up in the mountains and away from the noise of the valley floor. The gardens and restaurant were very good and all of the staff were fantastic from the moment I arrived. Really welcoming and helpful.

I did find the hotel a little dark inside, with a very moody ambience. Air conditioning in the room would’ve been nice as I found the place a little warm.

Good location for easy trail (an hour or so)

We weren’t informed in advance that a wedding meant the hotel restaurant wasn’t open - so we had to take a taxi to the town centre for dinner instead - extra cost of 30+ euros and would have been nice to be informed having booked several months beforehand.

Stylish and contemporary, but actually a refurbished farm house from the 1800’s. Elegant yet comfortable.

The write up does not fully explain that the restaurant is absolutely superb, gourmet dining, and the serving staff exceptional. We took a chance and booked the first night then dined every night thereafter. Truly a gem that needs to be mentioned.

The style which is probably a little too modern for me, the neighbour building not aesthetic
