Modern room, very convenient, nice porch overlooking the river and town. wonderful view and it was very nice listening to the sound of the river's waterfalls.

Parking - the place was advertised to have parking and we received a message the morning of our arrival that there's no more parking available. Had to park 750m from the apartment, uphill...

Location: Few minutes’ walk to town, bars, restaurants, café, bakery, shopping… Partial mountain view that is nice. (Partially to a block of flats that is opposite this block). The river, that runs through the city, passes just outside the property and one can listen to the water rushing through the boulders. This is something we personal enjoyed listening to. (Note, as there is no aircon, you will be ‘forced’ to keep the window open at night and will have to listen to the sound of the water.) Parking: For a surcharge there is garage one can use but there is free motorbike parking right outside the property too.

Lack of air-conditioning means it is not possible to enjoy a consistent temperature. We were there in late September with night temperatures of 10-12 C and day temperatures of 22-26 C. We slept with the window open which was pleasant in the first half of the night but got a bit cold by the morning. The sun rise was around 8am and we had our alarm set for 8am so the fact that we had to keep the shutter up to let the air in was not a problem but if we had been there in the summer we would have had to make a choice of bad sleep due to high room temperature or early weaking due to open window and shutters.

I think it was one of my best stay/experience in an apartment hotel so far! Personal was kind and helpful, the apartment was clean and equipped very well. Bed was comfortable! It’s not so far located from the center! To be honest I definitely recommend you this place to stay 🙌

I liked a lot to be in the border top of Les Escaldes. I also got awesome about the designe of the building. That was one of the stronger things why I decided to book here. Also a very good forniture.

Somewhere to air out dirty clothes and store them. Also a little more space to store clothes.

The man who met us on the reception was excellent, just very friendly and helpful. Parking was under property in a garage again the man on the reception came out and helped us. The only downside to parking is you have to pay for it on arrival. The apartment was fresh, modern and clean. I loved the look and feel of the apartment.

Unfortunately it was not the apartments fault but above us was a family who let there child walk around with furniture, it was very noisy first thing in the morning and also in the evening.

We had a very comfortable one bedroom apartment on the top floor overlooking the river with a nice big balcony. It was an easy 15 minute walk down to the middle of Escaldes where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Lots of storage for clothes and a nice kitchenette. Parking was underneath the building at street level and had to be pre-booked.

Everything was really great, standard, apartment location, Eva's help and availability in case of any questions, all of these points as well as many other made our stay very nice. Definitelly we would like to stay in Conseller Aparthotel again.

I would consider to equipping the room with wine glasses, it's deffinitelly not an issue, but would be nice to have them as a standard equipement.

location was excellent! Short drive to the center of town,all roads connect easily and without any traffic.Parking is available right under your apartment,so you just drive into the covered garage.The apartments are super new and very modern,clean and very comfortable just like home. The view of the mountains and the river was really nice to look at from our large glass balcony. Amazing internet connection which never failed once,its the first ever place ive stayed in which has such a strong connection.Paradise for anyone with laptops or mobiles! The location is excellent very quiet no noise at all ,great for relaxing after a full day of ski on the slopes. The staff are super nice and polite,and available at anytime.They are always ready to help you and give advice,and you dont have to ask. I had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, the service was excellent and the room is clean .

The only downside was the twin beds, which moved too easily, making it a bit uncomfortable. It would be great if they could improve this for future guests. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would love to return—hopefully with a more stable bed.
