The apartment was large and comfortable. Plenty of lighting and the kitchen was fully equipped. The street nearby was quiet but the location was close to all the amenities.

Didn't like that although the reception is supposed to open at 15:00, the receptionist didn't arrive until 15:04, despite there being people waiting to check-in (apart from our group). Despite there being a coffee machine, there were no complimentary coffee pods there. They only appeared after we asked for them. The WiFi reception was poor at the end of the lounge (where the third bed is placed).

The location, clean throughout, full stock kitchen, salon has large nice window view of mountains (7th floor 1 bedroom apartment), comfortable beds, nice parking underground spot level -2, has garbage bins level -1, safe entry, nice size TV, nice smell, plenty of cabinet room and hangers, bathroom ok spacious, towels etc. bideu, elevator, very nice Reception and service, really nice coffee shop 1st level, close to everything. As expected!

No balcony/terrace ( I like to sit and have my coffee or desserts on a balcony looking at the nice views when inside)

- Located 10min away on foot from Andorra la Vella center and a 3min walk from Caldea Spa. - Spacious and warm apartment, ideal for a long stay in Andorra. Convenient bathroom and water always hot. - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle, coffee machine and complimentary coffee capsules and tea. - Reception staff is very efficient, flexible and helpful.

- Ambience: The atmosphere inside the apartment felt too dry (or perhaps dusty) when breathing. Like it was left closed for a long time or like it wasn’t properly and frequently aired. - Parking: Even though it had a large entrance, the space inside was tight for a long vehicle like ours. We managed to navigate and park it, but it required skills.

The apartment was really big, clean, and nicely warm considering that it was December. It has a nice kitchen and provides coffee and tea for the next morning. Having a parking is a plus, and they even let us keep the car for 2 extra hours in the garage since we were going to Caldea the next morning. Really nice staff and very good price for value. Very close to the street with many shops, with restaurants and bars 15 min walking. The hotel also has a small bar inside in which breakfast was really good.

The parking lot was very very tight and our car isnt big. However, there were free spaces so if you talk to them they could offer a bigger space. For the apartment I wouldn't change anything.

The hotel is more well located than I anticipated. Just a few steps from the heart of the city. Staff was very nice to us and gave us a lot of good tips. Good parking available at the hotel.

Constant smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor and in the room on the fourth floor.

Room was nice, had some leakage in the heating, which was not fixed while we were there. It didn't bother much though. Receptionist was super-helpful and we enjoyed our stay
