The receptionist Meryam was more than wonderful, she helped us a lot, we asked her to delay the checkout and she welcomed that. I did not try the food in the hotel because I preferred to go out and enjoy walking around the city.

The hotel is a bit old but the cleanliness is good and adequate, anyway it was not bad and it is very suitable for its price. However, I prefer it to others and will return to it and recommend it to anyone coming to Andorra with a medium budget.

Clean rooms, good wifi, everything was clean, lobby was well equipped, breakfast options were excellent.

Some guests from this group didn't like that it was not a classical buffet, but they had to give us the main course and sweets, which makes everything slower, especially if it's busy. If you need parking, ask for it much in advance, especially if you drive a big car. In the end we had to park in a different parking. The street is very noisy.

The staff were amazing, I wanted to hug them when I left. The location was perfect - just a short walk to downtown Andorra. The decor was great, could be updated a bit, but it definitely had a charm.

The parkade was really tight, but they let me know about this. That's the only negative comment I could give regarding our stay. Really, not very negative at all.

Great location. Room itself was really really basic but also very clean and fair for the price. We were expecting a really poor breakfast but it was just what we needed: wide enough selection of common hot/cold breakfast options. Again, no luxury. Parking is safe BUT be ready to sweat while driving down the narrow spiralling lane to get to your spot.

I wish we had a kettle in the room.

The staff was really helpful and fast in solving potential issues - when we arrived, our room smelled weirdly and we immediately got another one without any hassle plus a free breakfast to compensate for the lower standard of the new room. They also made it possible for us to store food overnight in the fridge at the bar, which we really appreciated as we often went hiking early in the morning when shops were still closed.

If you come by bigger car(in our case it was shkoda, there is no parking. We were advised to park it in other parking place. It was cheap for 24 hours - 11eur. Some guests were very noisy, speaking like shouting at 23.30.We informed about this case a receptionist and he was very helpful to deal with it.

The reception staff are very talented. Multi lingual and super efficient, really some of the best I have ever come across. The location is great with only a pleasant short walk to the main shopping street. The underground parking was easy to get in and out. The rooms are basic and clean. Overall this was super value and a great stay.

Great place but be aware all parking houses in Andorra, even the parking houses of hotels are very, very, very small… Just horrible .. If you have a medium to big car or are claustrophobic then only park outside in the street ..I travelled the world and Andorras inside car parks are the worst … 😱😱😱

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, great breakfasts. The room is very clean and cozy. Internet access was very stable and fast. There is everything you need near the hotel, two grocery stores and a bus stop. Thank you to everyone who works at this hotel, you are wonderful and friendly people!

Super friendly receptionists willing to help and make the stay pleasant. Very nice room, super size for 4 persons and not facing the street. Breakfast was very nice, a bit surprising as the buffet is served by the staff but good idea to avoid waste, Good choice and quality

Hôtel location is a bit outside of the city but by foot it’s only about 15mn from shops and restaurants. Mind the parking difficulties in Andorra. When crowded the breakfast can be a bit long. We were lucky enough as we were early
