The staff was really helpful and fast in solving potential issues - when we arrived, our room smelled weirdly and we immediately got another one without any hassle plus a free breakfast to compensate for the lower standard of the new room. They also made it possible for us to store food overnight in the fridge at the bar, which we really appreciated as we often went hiking early in the morning when shops were still closed.

Great location. Room itself was really really basic but also very clean and fair for the price. We were expecting a really poor breakfast but it was just what we needed: wide enough selection of common hot/cold breakfast options. Again, no luxury. Parking is safe BUT be ready to sweat while driving down the narrow spiralling lane to get to your spot.

I wish we had a kettle in the room.

Great rooms, big beds, in summer fans in the rooms, very friendly staff, speak English 👍, just wonderful hotel!!! Location is super convenient, you can walk 10 min to the Shopping area, a big shopping centre and many many shops !!! The hotel is located in the centre , i would say. Quiet place . Or take a bus near the hotel. The parking lot is 400 metres away from the hotel, we paid 10 euro for 24 h. The breakfast can be eaten for 10 euro , you must pay separately. Thank you!

The absence of the parking place for us . They have limited number of places for the clients. But it was not a problem to get to the parking lot .

good value/price The staff was super helpful and accomodating. Parking is available in the underground garage. Heating was working luckily - it was 10 C degrees. the omlette was extraordinary tasty!

Breakfast was a bit weird as being not self service but you need to ask for each and every item from the waitress on the buffet.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not very good, especially in the bathtub area, there were spots of mold. The bathroom was not very good, nor very comfortable. It was difficult to take a shower, because the shower was bad. Bathroom curtain was not in good condition. Room without air conditioning. When we opened the window, mosquitoes came in. The room has a ceiling fan, but no extractor fan.

Nice hotel in walking distance to the city centre. Despite being on the road side the room was quiet. The parking entrance way was on the tight side but the spaces themselves were decently sized. Otherwise parking for mobile homes overnight is possible about 10-15 minutes walking distance. Bus stops are very close too should you rely on public transport.

The room was really spacious and comfortable, and a little quirky having dormer windows with a view of the snow capped mountains. Staff were extremely helpful, but the receptionist who checked us in could communicate only through Google Translate to us in English. A bit tricky but we managed. Other staff were easy to communicate with. But all were very professional and very obliging to our requests. Breakfast was satisfactory.

It was a bit of a distance from anywhere to eat, and while it didn’t matter to us, some might be challenged by the uphill walk back to the hotel from the centre of town.

Great room, very well located, just wakable to Andorra La Vella's center. Friendly staff, they communicated with us with useful advices. In situ parking within the hotel's premises.

The person attending during the buffet breakfast was more interested in WHAT we were eating than in giving us a good attention, she was in a rush apparently so the dinning room would be empty again.
