I really liked the location, it’s very accessible to everything, which made getting around super convenient. The place is also clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the staff, they were all very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like. If I had to mention something, it would be the toilet bowl in the room. It’s placed in a very tight space, which felt a bit suffocating. Also, the rooms aren’t very soundproof, I could hear quite a bit from the neighboring rooms.

The walk from the main bus station took us about 30 because we are slow, but the views along the way are amazing. We easily found our hotel and were promptly checked in. Our room was as small as expected, but it was very nicely decorated and lighted. The beds were very comfortable. I love Andorra. The snow on the mountains while cherry trees are blooming is unforgettable.

Very good location in the center. Friendly staff. There was no hairdryer in the room, but we asked at the reception and they gave it to us. The room is very small, but the price is lower than other hotels nearby. The bed is very comfortable. No parking, we parked next to the Lecrerc supermarket.

The room was as described. It was cosy with a very comfy bed and clean en suite.

There was little extras provided. No hairdryer or Iron in room but they were available on request. And no desk or tea/ coffee making facilities in the room that I stayed in. But for the price I paid (€90 for 2 nights) this was no real problem.

Location was perfect, right in the city center, close to the shops and to the bus to go to the ski resorts. The guy at the reception was super nice and super helpful. The hotel is nicely decorated. It's good to have a bar where to get a coffee in the morning.

Wifi signal wasn't strong in the room. The walls are super thin so you can hear the noise from the other rooms.

Our window was looking into the inside of the building, so when someone was smoking on the first floor(I think it was the staff), we could smell it in the room.

The hotel is in a good location and the price is good. The room is small but it's OK for a short stay.

There is no parking with the hotel so you have to find your own parking lot which is pretty expensive in Andorra.

property looks new and very clean, right in the center of Andorra and couple of minute walk from the bus stop bringing us to the slope or anywhere you want :)

Staff was very friendly and helpful although their English / French is very limited. I believe this is proper to most of Andorra. The walls were very thin and you could hear other rooms

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect and worth the price.

The second night we spent, new clients booked the room next to us, and we realised the walls are not so soundproof and we could hear everything.

Clean modern room, excellent location as central in Andorra la Vella as it can get, good value for money.

Pedestrian street so could not drop off luggage in front of the hotel; parking lots nearby. In the interior of the building, window in the room is decorative only.
