Best value for money. Location at the heart of the town. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Room was little small but all the required things were available. The bed were comfortable and we had the best night sleep here after a long time. Service at the reception was really great. Also the coffee shop at the reception was nice to have quick snacks.

This hotel is for budget traveler so better not to have big expectations. But all the needed things were there in the room. About 15 min walk to the National bus station.

A great location, right in the middle of the shopping strip. The walk from the main bus station is just over 10 minutes, but it is suitcase friendly. (I was solo with a huge suitcase.) Elevator is handy for those with luggage. Modern bathroom, great wifi. My room was also ready an hour early which was great! I managed to find room on the floor for my 1 suitcase but 2 would be squishy. Felt safe as a solo female traveller.

As the room had no air conditioning it was nice to leave a window open, but this meant hearing all the other people with their windows open too. Not a problem if your neighbours are quiet, and night times were okay with window closed and the ceiling fan going, only got woken up once from neighbour noise.

This hotel is in the most amazing location! I stepped right out the door into the main shopping street in Andorra la Vella and the lovely bridge with the Andorra sign and the tourist information office are both only a three minute walk away. And yet my room was quiet and not at all affected by street noise from outside. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. And the price! Such a good price for a room to myself right in the centre of the capital! I have already recommended this hotel to a French friend of mine!

I really liked the location, it’s very accessible to everything, which made getting around super convenient. The place is also clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the staff, they were all very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like. If I had to mention something, it would be the toilet bowl in the room. It’s placed in a very tight space, which felt a bit suffocating. Also, the rooms aren’t very soundproof, I could hear quite a bit from the neighboring rooms.

The walk from the main bus station took us about 30 because we are slow, but the views along the way are amazing. We easily found our hotel and were promptly checked in. Our room was as small as expected, but it was very nicely decorated and lighted. The beds were very comfortable. I love Andorra. The snow on the mountains while cherry trees are blooming is unforgettable.

Very good location in the center. Friendly staff. There was no hairdryer in the room, but we asked at the reception and they gave it to us. The room is very small, but the price is lower than other hotels nearby. The bed is very comfortable. No parking, we parked next to the Lecrerc supermarket.

The room was as described. It was cosy with a very comfy bed and clean en suite.

There was little extras provided. No hairdryer or Iron in room but they were available on request. And no desk or tea/ coffee making facilities in the room that I stayed in. But for the price I paid (€90 for 2 nights) this was no real problem.

Exceptional location, close to everything and comfortable bed.

The towels were torn when I arrived. They changed them, but the lack of attention to this is a bit disappointing. No outlets worked in the bedroom, except one in the bathroom, which made it difficult for me to charge my electronics.

It was a very pleasant surprise, beyond my expectations. Very clean, wonderful personnel, they made me feel very welcomed. They also helped me with the luggage after the check-out (really appreciate it).

It's regarding the way the building was constructed, so nothing that management can improve. :)

Great location. Difficult to find on pedestrian street. Would have liked better communication of directions and parking options. But property was comfortable, well-kept. Smallish room with no view out the window but had everything we needed
