The hotel's location is great. It is definitely value for money in the sense that you are getting what you seek based on the star level. Breakfast was much better than what I would have expected and for sure worth the small price you pay for it. Mainly I would like to say that the receptionist from Argentina (I believe Fer was her name but I may be wrong) was great, very friendly and with good advice on where to go, what to do in town etc.

The toilet in the bathroom of my individual room had some maintenance issue that meant it sounded like water was running the whole time and it was noisy as if it just been flushed even when it hadn't. I didn't mention it but with a closed bathroom door it wasn't a problem.

Center of Andorra.No need for car you can go everywhere on foot. Very polite and helpful personnel!!!

Sound insolation is poor. You can hear water pipes, toilet drain, and people if the talk louder. Is not possible to park outside of the hotel in order to unload baggage. The parking station is not far from the hotel, but carrying suitcases through the city center is not easy.

The staff was great. The person at the reception was really helpful and nice.

The schedule of the reception is business hours. If you want to leave early, make sure you handled all the subjects, got everything from the room. Otherwise, you may have to wait until 9AM, to solve it.

The thing that I liked the most, which is related to the hotel, is its location. The hotel is located in the center of Andorra la Vella right next to the main streets and promenades. There are numerous shopping centers, cafes and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The room was clean and tidy. We always had hot water:)

It’s well located within 2 minutes walk from market, restaurants etc.

they are really small bedrooms, in some of them the ceiling is low so you it’s a bit uncomfortable for a couple ( we asked and paid for a change) if your purpose is shower and sleeping, spending the day out, it’s a good place !

The location is perfect, close by to everything in Andorra, shopping street is 5minutes from the hotel, and the neares cafe is literally inside the building. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Rooms are missing a fridge and shower was a bit old (leaking shower head splashing water all over the bathroom). Otherwise all perfect :)

The breakfast was wonderful! Very close to the main strip where there is an abundance of shopping. Small bar with good assortment of beverages and snacks.

Could not control room temperature...would have liked to make it cooler on such a hot day.

As many others said, arriving withal car and getting to the parking garage isn’t straight forward. But that’s what actually needs to be accepted by having a hotel right in the city Centre and pedestrian zone

The position is excellent, beds were comfortable. Having the café downstairs was really convenient, good breakfast for a better price than other cafés around. Having a smart TV with Netflix included was great. Would stay again.

Location is excellent

Breakfast room is lovely and sunny but lacking basics like cutlery and napkins, beverage machine is a challenge and always a queue. Saying that, there's something for everyone
