The hotel location is great, easy and quick access to the main street. The room is very big, modern, clean and high quality. The staff is helpful and friendly. The car park is also very conveniently placed.

The room we were in was positioned just above the hotel entrance. The hotel's sliding doors make a loud noise in the room every time somebody enters or exits the hotel - so basically all the time. Very annoying. I suspect other rooms don't have this problem, though. The duvet cover was very annoying. They simply put a sheet of cover on top and another sheet under the duvet. Basically the cover doesn't enclose the duvet, it just wraps it like a sandwich. The car parking fee is quite high.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at NH Andorra La Vella, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, room was clean and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. In this cold period of year the rooms are well heated, you have a control over the temperature through AC and wall heaters, the windows also have a good isolation. The food was great as well everything was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Hotel has a private, paid parking which is very convenient and has given us peace of mind. Overall, NH Andorra La Vella provided an exceptional stay, and we highly recommend it.

The staff on reception were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was fantastic with a great view over the centre of the area. Garage parking for a motorcycle. The location was good, in the centre of the modern area but within easy distance of the old town. The reception staff recommendations for places to eat and drink were spot on.

It was difficult to find the way to the garage parking and we ended up following a car that we knew was going to the same garage! We had a balcony but, no furniture on it! All we needed were a couple of little chairs out there.

The location of the hotel was in the heart of the city directly across from the information center. Parking was convenient and easy as well. Internet worked well. Breakfast was very nice with eggs cooked to order in addition to a very nice spread of danishes, fruits, meats, juices, and coffees. Staff communicated with me before arrival and were very helpful at check-in and check-out. Overall an excellent stay.

Getting to the parking is confusing due to the street layout in Andorra. Parking is adjacent but behind the hotel. Reaching the entrance point is a bit tricky. I appreciate the YouTube video. But, I suggest sending the high lighted map as a file to guests who alert you that they will require parking. There is no drop-off parking on the reception side. So, you must park for 2 minutes on the sidewalk to get the map to parking. Again, tricky. Once in the parking lot, it is unclear which floors you are allowed to park on. ... until you reach the higher floors that you are allowed to park on. I suggest some signs indicating the allowed parking areas for hotel guests down at the entrance gate.

The room was huge and bright and clean and we actually were happy to hang out/be in the room. The balcony with a view was so worth it - amazing views of the mountains. It was a super comfortable stay. Bed was a California king and so comfy.

The parking was a squeeze but the video they send you to find it was so helpful!

This was a one-night stopover in Andorra with our 2 teenage daughters. It is right in the centre of town, which is really convenient, but some might find it a little noisy? The traffic is right outside but the rooms are double-glazed, so we had a great night's sleep. The rooms were huge, so we could really have managed with one room, as there was plenty of room even with the sofa bed, but booking.com wouldn't let us book just one room. Beds were very comfortable, and we liked the wooden floors etc for hygiene reasons. Huge bathroom, and nice toiletries, too.

The fact that although the room was huge and we could all have slept in one room for the night, the hotel policy is that anyone aged 16 years and over is classed as an adult. But you have to be 18 years old to book your own room. So, as our 16 year old daughter cleverly pointed out - "So, I'm too old to share with you guys, but not old enough to have a room on my own?" Good point, I feel... Breakfast expensive for family of 4, so we ate out.

My parents come to Andorra every July and always look for hotels in the city center. It was their first time staying at the NH, and they were pleasantly surprised. The location is unbeatable, private parking is available (for a fee), and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very good and the price reasonable. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is in a great location right in the center of town and in front of a great restaurant :) the facilities are good, the staff very friendly, really worth a stay if you're visiting. You have everything close by as you are right in the center of Andorra la Vella.

Not that I didn't like it, but maybe a note to anyone travelling by car, having arrived I had to go all around again, as the parking to the entrance is before the hotel and it is a one way street, so just a heads up to other travellers, but this happens a lot so they have a sheet with guidelines as to how to go around and get to the garage, Would be great if they could share this ahead of time.

I didnt like 2 things: - when we arrived after 15h, they have us the key of the room however the room was openned, there was cleaning equipaments inside and no shower gel. Someone forgot to finish the service. - there was no place in the hotel parking, so I needed to Park in NOVOTEL parking, the NH people themselves indicated me to go there…
