I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions, making it easy to explore everything Andorra has to offer. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Their recommendations for local activities and dining spots were spot-on! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of adventures. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or city exploration, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Very clean and spacious room, friendly staff and easy check in. Breakfast was outstanding with a comprehensive choice of hot and cold plates available. I would definitely return and would recommend Sercotel Delfos Andorra.

When booking it was clearly stated that parking was available on a first come first served basis. I had hoped to avail of this but on arrival the €20 hotel parking was full so I had to park in an outdoor, off-site public car park at a cost of over €30. This is the only little thing that I could say against an otherwise fabulous stay that all of us will remember for a long time.

We stayed at this hotel by chance, we had reserved a room in the hotel opposite the street but our booking was cancelled without noticing, and it was an urgent decision. We were lucky to find a room at Sercotel since it was a busy weekend, and besides that, the price was more fair and the premises equally clean as our original choice. Staff was kind and helpful. Our room was cosy enough for a couple of nights. It was a bit noisy because a group of teenagers were on a championship trip and kept joking until very late. Otherwise it was OK...

The hotel is not far from the Caldea and just a few steps from the main commercial street, but it takes about 30 minutes by foot to reach Andorra la Vella, which is a nicer neighbourhood to stay.

Check in on 8 oct Review with a note about check-in: The hotel is generally good, but unfortunately, my first impression was spoiled. The woman at the reception during check-in was unfriendly, and it felt like she was doing me a favor by checking me in. Such an attitude is not what I expected from a hotel of this level. I believe the staff should be more welcoming, as the reception sets the tone for the entire stay. I hope this was an isolated incident and that the hotel takes steps to improve its service quality.

Location: 2 mins to shopping malls and restaurants, easy access to main road to drive around. Friendly staff at the reception. Good breakfast. Online check in option prior to arrival to save time when entering the hotel. Room size with huge bed, table and mini sofa.

Parking. Limited spaces available, so most probably you have to pay 28 EUR a day for underground parking nearby.

-Spacious rooms -dual bathrooms in family room option is very nice. -Breakfast was very good. -Location is also proximate to city center.

Property has very limited private parkings. We didn't get parking spot even after reaching 1 hour early to check-in time. If you have car, then be ready to see 'parking full' plate at reception and look for on road open air parking elsewhere.

The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness was to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

There was nothing to dislike but some things could improve. The hot selection of the breakfast buffet was luke warm, so the eggs and mushrooms were not enjoyable. Although I informed the hotel I had mobility problems our allocated room's door was not wide enough for my wheelchair and the ramp to access the hotel was too steep for a wheelchair to be pushed up.

Perfect hotel for our stay in Andorra la Vella. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was rich and good. Hotel is in the center of the city with many restaurants and shopr near.......

Problem with parking, in other review some people wrote that parking is possible in hotels garrage but when i ask for parking moto this posibility was not offer us and i have to parking on the street in public parking, And in description Hotel offer private parking.

The room was quite large very clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking was in a Car Park around the back of the hotel reasonably priced. The view from the hotel was ok we looked over to the church and shops but also the air conditioning units which were a bit noisy as our aircon was not working. If you want to go shopping for designer goods then Andorra is the place to go. They could have also done with plugs at the side of the beds to charge your phone. we did not take the breakfast option.

The Andorra mobile phone signal is not too great. We had to leave there and go into France to pick up a signal and as we were relying on Sat Nav we hoped we were going the correct way.

First of all I want to note that I was planning to stay in the hotel for 2 nights. But due to farmers' protests my bus was cancelled and I arrived to Andorra only on the next day. I asked the reception if they could refund payment for one night. The staff contacted booking.com and booking refunded me for that night. Many thanks to the staff for this. Room was very clean, breakfast is varied and delicious.
