I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions, making it easy to explore everything Andorra has to offer. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Their recommendations for local activities and dining spots were spot-on! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of adventures. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or city exploration, this hotel is an excellent choice.

We stayed at this hotel by chance, we had reserved a room in the hotel opposite the street but our booking was cancelled without noticing, and it was an urgent decision. We were lucky to find a room at Sercotel since it was a busy weekend, and besides that, the price was more fair and the premises equally clean as our original choice. Staff was kind and helpful. Our room was cosy enough for a couple of nights. It was a bit noisy because a group of teenagers were on a championship trip and kept joking until very late. Otherwise it was OK...

The hotel is not far from the Caldea and just a few steps from the main commercial street, but it takes about 30 minutes by foot to reach Andorra la Vella, which is a nicer neighbourhood to stay.

Check in on 8 oct Review with a note about check-in: The hotel is generally good, but unfortunately, my first impression was spoiled. The woman at the reception during check-in was unfriendly, and it felt like she was doing me a favor by checking me in. Such an attitude is not what I expected from a hotel of this level. I believe the staff should be more welcoming, as the reception sets the tone for the entire stay. I hope this was an isolated incident and that the hotel takes steps to improve its service quality.

The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness was to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

There was nothing to dislike but some things could improve. The hot selection of the breakfast buffet was luke warm, so the eggs and mushrooms were not enjoyable. Although I informed the hotel I had mobility problems our allocated room's door was not wide enough for my wheelchair and the ramp to access the hotel was too steep for a wheelchair to be pushed up.

Perfect hotel for our stay in Andorra la Vella. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was rich and good. Hotel is in the center of the city with many restaurants and shopr near.......

Problem with parking, in other review some people wrote that parking is possible in hotels garrage but when i ask for parking moto this posibility was not offer us and i have to parking on the street in public parking, And in description Hotel offer private parking.

The room was quite large very clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking was in a Car Park around the back of the hotel reasonably priced. The view from the hotel was ok we looked over to the church and shops but also the air conditioning units which were a bit noisy as our aircon was not working. If you want to go shopping for designer goods then Andorra is the place to go. They could have also done with plugs at the side of the beds to charge your phone. we did not take the breakfast option.

The Andorra mobile phone signal is not too great. We had to leave there and go into France to pick up a signal and as we were relying on Sat Nav we hoped we were going the correct way.

First of all I want to note that I was planning to stay in the hotel for 2 nights. But due to farmers' protests my bus was cancelled and I arrived to Andorra only on the next day. I asked the reception if they could refund payment for one night. The staff contacted booking.com and booking refunded me for that night. Many thanks to the staff for this. Room was very clean, breakfast is varied and delicious.

The hotel was neat and with a really great location. The hotel staff was professional and friendly. The choice for dinner was as good as for breakfast. This hotel is a good example of "value for money".

Although the hotel was clean and the rooms tidy, the hotel definitely needs refreshing and some minor repairs. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work, although everything seemed to be ok, there were no sockets for charging mobile phones next to the bed

Great location right in the middle of the town. Rooms were comfortable and the whole place had the air of a 4 star hotel. The bar staff were friendly and made you feel at home.

I booked the hotel specifically as it had its own car park but when we arrived it was full and had to use a public car park. Whilst the car park was close to the hotel, as we were just staying overnight the car was packed with holiday luggage and I was looking for secure parking when I booked. Also the reception staff, while not unfriendly, were not friendly and approachable. It’s a pet hate of mine when both receptionists feel obliged to deal with a single guest and leave you waiting!

Location was great right in the middle of the capital. Great for spending your last day in Andorra after a busy week of skiing. The parking facility is also a huge bonus, make sure to book in advance.

Perhaps the hotel need to look into its breakfast. We stayed only one night and the breakfast was one of the key factors we were looking for. It definitely can be better much better. As a basic breakfast its ok but nothing more then that
