The location is good because it is practically at the beginning of the shops and there are several restaurants nearby.

I arrived in the city around 9:30 pm and it took me a while to find the hotel. When we arrived, I was informed that there was no parking space because the parking lot was full. I asked the receptionist why there was no parking space, even though I had booked the hotel with breakfast and parking included. He simply told me that the parking lot was full and that if I wanted, he could give me a map of the city to look for a parking spot. This was frustrating, because I paid a little over 100 euros for private parking, when I could have used the hotel's parking lot. Even if I had paid extra for this service, it wouldn't have been that high.

-It was located almost at the top of the city/end of the city center when walking from the bus station. There is a long slope up from the bottom, keep in mind if arriving with heavy luggage -The receptionist made us wait 15-20 min before checking us in, as he was on a call with someone for the duration. No other staff available. There were 2 other groups waiting to check in... Could have called someone else or put the caller on hold to quickly check us in

From the moment we were greeted by Maria at the front desk we knew we had picked a super hotel. Maria was friendly, helpful and provided exceptional detail in everything she explained - we even were provided a room upgrade!! Mario and Sara in the restaurant were amazing, friendly and professional. We opted for the breakfast and dinner options daily and were we glad we did, the food was excellent. Our room 506 was quiet and comfortable, The beds and pillows were wonderful and so cozy as well. We paid for parking (€18/nt) and that was worth every penny as there is no street parking. It’s good to note you can drive on the pedestrian walkway to get to the hotel, check in and then with the parking pass the hotel gives you, go and park your car, we didn’t know this ahead of time and it wasn’t very convenient.

The fact there is construction and Google maps didn’t know how to get us to the hotel, we drove around and around several times before a kind man helped us and told us about the walking street and that we could access it in our car - staff should let guests know this to save the stress.

Modern hotel, well renovated, has an elevator. There is also a kettle and a fridge. I really liked the breakfast, a large and tasty selection. Not noisy and a pleasant smell.

If you plan to go from Barcelona by bus, take into account that the journey is longer than 20 minutes and a little downhill. It took us 30-40 minutes because we had backpacks. Also, the room is a little dark, there is little light. We didn't have time for the second breakfast because of the early departure. And from the minuses, it was not possible to change breakfast for dinner or cancel it. But the good news was that they gave us breakfast with us.

Very warm welcome and staff. Very helpful and nice. The possibility to eat in the hotel was very welcome after a day out skiing. The food was good and the rooms very comfy and clean.

The only downside (not of this hotel but in general in Andorra la Vella) is the ever-present problem of the parking. Staff were very nice and they informed us of the options. The hotel has only some reserved parking spaces available for guests. We found an open air parking a couple of streets away that had space available and was not so expensive.

Great location with plenty to walk to just steps from the hotel. Even though there was no onsite parking, hotel offers offsite parking at a discounted rate with in/out privleges during the stay.

The air conditioning could have been a little better and the noise from the street was a bit bothersome, but it was expected given the central location. One of the two elevators could barely hold two (admittedly large) human beings.

the central air conditioning system ( it felt a bit hot in the room) and we couldn’t put it on cold , but we’ve turned it of and let the windows open during the day and it changed everything. parking isn’t easy in the Area.

Staff was really helpful, she allowed me to checkin 2 hours earlier and even gave me free drink vouchers at a restaurant and the casino. She even recommended hiking routes that I can take. The receptionist during my checkout ensured everything went smooth and helped me to book a taxi as well. Room is huge and value for money, there is even a bathtub!

There was some construction going on within the hotel

Yomo Eureka was a great hotel for professional travel. Firstly, we booked parking, which was not easy to find. However the staff turned this obstacle into an opportunity, and helped us out with such a cheerful and positive attitude. We were so grateful. The location was excellent, at the top of a long pedestrianised walkway, with easy access to road traffic, and all other services. The big screen smart TV was great, and helped us to wind down with our own preferred viewing. Imagine my surprise to find a bath in the bathroom! A bath and a big TV made us feel very much at home after a long day of driving. The breakfast was every bit as good as other reviews had suggested. We would return to Yomo in a heartbeat!

The parking was difficult to find, and the roads were a little tough to navigate, due to roadworks. The roadworks were certainly no fault of the hotel's! However the way the staff handled this, turned this into a minor hiccup, rather than a major problem.

The window view was a little bit rubbish from our room but that’s not important in the slightest
