Hotel is close to ski slopes, has a good breakfast, and a comfortable ski locker. The staff are incredibly nice and accomodating and speak several languages. Reception was open and available whenever we went to it.

Rooms (and hotel in general) is getting a bit old, it is kept very clean but the age is showing a bit of signs. Also the room was incredibly hot, I imagine it would not bother most but we found the need to open the window sometimes to cool it, since unfortunately the heat was not controllable.

Good rooms although on the small side. Relatively basic, but everything was ok. Food was good and staff was great.

Bathroom was impossible to keep dry. Floor was weird and puddles of water got created and did not drain. We had to use a lot of towels to try to dry the floor constantly. No curtain on the shower.

Central location, 100m from the ski lifts. Clean, good food and very friendly staff.

Room for storing skiing equipment was too small. Ski locker was too small for a family. No parking and no discount for public parking spaces.

Not the hotels fault but lots of noise from other guests in the early hours. Too expensive for a basic hotel.

Proximity to the ski lifts was very good, just a couple of mins walk from their downstairs ski locker room. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The tubos were pretty smelly in the reception, we felt sorry for the staff working there in that smell.

Superb hotel for skiing in Pas de la Casa. V short walk from slopes. Very comfortable & special mention for the quality and friendliness of all the staff there. An incredibly attentive and welcoming team, mainly from Argentina, and the hotel deserves to do very well because of them

The triple room was a bit tight for 3 adults and the ski locker wouldn’t fit all the ski boots

Clean and everything you need for a ski trip.

Bath was shorter than standard, it might not bother you if you are a lot under 6ft but, I rarely find a bath my size. However, great shower all the same.

The room was large and comfortable. The property is very close to the slopes.
