The ladies at the front desk were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all the questions we had about things to do. One even offered to help is make dinner reservations. I would stay here again. The location was very convenient. There were lots of options for breakfast.

We weren't able to adjust the temperature in the room. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

Nothing the hotel could do but neighbouring building's inhabitants decided to have a karaoke party until 5AM this morning. Unfortunately I neither received an invite nor really enjoyed each and every song they murdered.

Location was great for the old town. Easy to get to bus stop to go skiing. Good selection of restaurants. Close to shops etc. Nice park close only 5-10 mins away. Staff were helpful and the room was thoroughly cleaned each day.

The shower only aimed the water at the wall so I had to get on tiptoes to use shower head separately and worried I might slip. No proper daylight as window frosted and dark wall opposite only inches away. This would have been OK for a short trip but for over 3 weeks it became a bit depressing. Room was a bit noisy at night and early morning as lift opposite my door and people arriving and leaving. I would certainly consider staying again if I could get a room with daylight and a better shower.

The hotel is in the walking distance from the commerical centre of the town and the bus station, almost in the historical centre. All staff were friendly and helpful. A very clean place. The breakfast was really good.

My only suggestions are two. 1. It would be a good idea to have a kettle with some tea and coffee in the room. 2. Although the breakfast was very good, it didn't differ each day.

I found the hotel comfortable and very clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was only staying in Andorra for one night, but was glad I chose this hotel to stay at and will consider it again. It is not far from the bus station.

It was well located close to the bus station I the f part of town, there were many restaurants and shops nearby, the room was clean and comfortable, they offered a good buffet breakfast for €10.50, staff were friendly and helpful.

Very central. Parking house is 3 min walking distance (15€ per night, 24€ full day) Nicest women and the reception when we arrived. Very helpful.

Our first room was very dirty - like chips and stains on the bed. We moved to another room then. That’s was better but also not what i would call „clean“.

The location is very good. The quality in relation to the price paid is good.

I didn't think it was fair, because in my filter there was free parking. When I arrived at the Hotel, there is no exclusive parking at the Hotel. I had to park in the parking and pay 19 euros for the night.

The hotel has a great location. The staff was helpful at all times. We’d recommend to people visiting Andorra for a night or two.

The bed room didn’t feel too welcoming and the room window view was fully blocked by other buildings. The hotel feels outdated.

Staff was very helpful and the location wise hostel is very good. Only problem I had was that no roaming facility by Vodafone in Andorra and I was using offline maps and the road to hostel was blocked and it took me a while to figure out the connection of parking next to edificio Andorra administration to the road behind the hostel.

The room was very small and the next room has a window near my window and they were very loud in their activities which was kind of disturbing for me. Apart from it my stay was good.
