This is a lovely older hotel in the old part of Andorra Vella and very close to the main bus station. We had an economy room, so it was quite small but the size of the bathroom more than made up for the smaller room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The continental buffet breakfast was well presented and plenty to fill up on. All of the staff were pleasant and the reception staff were particularly helpful with getting around the town.

There was nothing we didn't like but maybe the hotel could add either a little map or description of the short cut to the main bus station on booking.com. It would have made getting up to the hotel with our luggage so much quicker and easier.

The hotel was in a perfect location in the centre. From the roof top pool the views of the mountains were beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean although a little small. But was reasonably priced. The breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff all friendly and helpful. I would stay again but in a different room.

The room was right about where people leave the building to go to the car park and swimming pool. And also right above where everyone smokes. We couldn't leave the windows open even though it was baking hot because when we came in the bedroom smelt like cigarettes smoke. We had to go and buy air freshener

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception / bar area was very welcoming, as was the rooftop pool at the building behind the property (part of same facility). The room was spacious compared to others in a similar category in which I’ve stayed in Europe. While I would not describe the design or furnishings as “high end,” everything was functional and clean. Plus, the shower took no time at all to produce hot water! The front desk personnel were very helpful with several inquires that I made about the local area. So easy to get to the best parts of Andorra La Vella from this location!

The only thing that was frustrating was the key card system. The cards deactivated twice, forcing me to return to the lobby to have the front desk staff reprogram. The second time, I was stuck for 10 minutes behind some guests who had just arrived. While I realize that these cards can be temperamental in the presence of mobile phones, I did my best to avoid direct contact yet the problem still persisted.

The location is fantastic, everything is within walking distance, from bakeries to shops, restaurants and attractions The private parking is very convenient The room was very clean, size-wise it was fine

You can hear noises from the neighbouring rooms. If you have loud neighbours or children who jump around, you can hear everything. Some noise from the street, too, which we didn't mind, but someone else might want a room not facing on the street, which is quite busy. A mini fridge in the room would have been nice. An extra chair or a bigger table in the room would have been nice, but that is minor.

Good buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, good location close to city centre.

Interior rooms can feel a little gloomy. Getting there from the bus station is tiring if you don’t know about the lifts to higher street levels.

This hotel boasts a great location, just a 10-minute uphill walk from the bus station and situated at the entrance of the shopping district. Established in 1940, it has a charming vintage atmosphere, with warmly decorated interiors. The former "Restaurant 1940" now serves as the hotel's breakfast area. I stayed in a small single room—the bed was comfortable, and while the shower corner was a bit tight, the space was sufficient for my needs as I only used it for sleeping. The affordable pricing makes it a good choice for budget travelers.

The main downside is the lack of soundproofing—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, which can be disruptive at night. Keep this in mind and be mindful of noise levels.

We had a perfect experience at Hotel Pyrénées. Staff was very helpful in every contact. Also, despite the location being perfectly central in Andorra-la-vella, it has a great and spacious parking building (which is gold when talking about using a car there), that avoided any possible issue with parking the car and getting around the towns with the car. Breakfast is of very good quality and at a good price. Nothing to complain and would strongly recommend it.

The only minor issue we had was the noise when other rooms turn on the shower in the Morning, which ended up waking us up earlier and the noise was kind of scary.

I don't think I've ever seen a hotel room that clean! The staff was extremely helpful, and the breakfast was great. Location was very central and included underground parking. Would use again!

Leaving aside Andorran specific challenges like parking, the room was extremely small, barely enough space to walk around the bed, HOWEVER they do have larger rooms. The room size wasn't clear on Booking - had I known, I would have paid for an upgrade!

This was a lovely hotel in a perfect location on the mountainside with a rooftop outdoor pool and tennis court. Staff were friendly and professional. It was comfortable, clean, older rich elegant style lobby and easy walk to restaurants in the old town. There were small farm plots above on the mountainside and a lovely stone mountain walk w great views above them.

Maybe noise traveled some in the hotel but it was not bad at all. People were respectful.
