The location was fine, although I wish we had stayed in La Manassa instead because there were more restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast that was included was at a restaurant next door. The servers aren’t forth coming with what is available and there isn’t a menu. We loved the yogurt with berries. Don’t get pan tostada con tomate. They have some odd spread they put on the bread. It’s not tomato. It’s basically “all you can eat”. We usually ordered a number of things, fried eggs, toast, croissants, bacon etc. They have blankets and comforters as well as extra pillows.

They didn’t have real orange juice. Nor tomato spread. Beds could have been softer.

We had a clean, spacious apartment with a huge terrace. Wonderful view on the montains and the town in the valley. Breakfast was not available but it wasn't a problem having a well equipped kitchen and the grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance. We were lucky to find a parking space on the street (which is free on weekends). A great starting point for exploring Andorra.

It was quite hot at night, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. Fortunately, there were blackout curtains, so the morning sun wasn't a problem.

- The check-in was quick and flawless: Shusski is an hotel with apartments and rooms, so there is a reception available; - The entrance of the hotel and of the garage is exactly on the main road; - The apartment was wide enough for 2 people: could have fit 4 with the sofa-bed; - The apartment was warm and nice on our arrival; - The view on the mountains was nice; - Super value for money in Andorra.

- The apartment where we stayed is 80's-90's furnished: everything works just fine, it has this old-days vibe and one notices in some corners there is a need for fixing. None of this was a problem for us.

great breakfast, dinner also included good. They have separate vegetarian dinner menu (was ok) but you have to ask for it. veg options were pasta, soy meatballs, potatoes. Dinner drinks were extra but very reasonable. Great staff and service overall including the restaurant staff. Free circulator bus to the center of the village right out front.

More green vegetables with dinner? Great value for the proximity to the gondola.

Apartment sleeps 4. Easy Access from main road. Walking distance into Encamp. Shops, fuel and restaurants walking distance. Lots of trails to find nearby. If you are there to ski lift is right next door. Size of room good for 2 but wouldn’t want to have more than that. Underground parking. Great stop off if travelling to Spain. Excellent Fridge Freezer & Microwave. Shower pressure fantastic! All rooms nice size. Apartment was at the back so views of mountains and town beautiful. Heating available and Wifi Super fast! Large double glazed doors helped alot with noise reduction. Could cook most basic things with kitchen. Staff very nice. English, french and catalan spoken.

Car parking very tight warning if you have a large car! Parking price more than double of nearby Funicamp but felt more secure as we had musical instruments. Corridors of hotel were very noisy because they are all stone. We went out of season so not many comings and goings but those that did very noisy echoey. Encamp very busy so noisy most of the time even at the back. Shame that the patio windows didn’t tilt to get air you had to open or shut them. Kitchen didn’t have a basic coffee filter only a pod machine. This was personally annoying because we prefer to drink ground coffee filtered.

Our first unit had tiny bed and squeezed into small space BUT then they moved us , and it was lovely !! The furnishings are looking a little tired. Our balcony needed a good sweep and wash.

Basically I liked everything regarding staying in hotel. Room is very big, has plenty of space to dry clothes and lots of facilities to make food. Also some rooms has very cool view to nearest mountains.

Rent equipment might be not the best, however it's good enough unless you has very high skiing or snowboarding level, or a keen of free ride.

I loved it here. From when I received a call helping me locate the Hotel to the moment I left, I was incredibly happy here. The lady who ran reception is an absolute diamond. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. She is a real credit to the Hotel! The apartment was immaculate and really well equipped. Secure parking for my bike and space to work on it was fantastic. Bud every 15 minutes from the front door to the city and quality restaurants nearby. A perfect experience in every way.

Big, well equipped apartman with a big terrace.

A drunken student group all night shouted in the corridor, knocked and knicked our door, ragng the bell. Reception doesn't operate in the night, amd the staff didn't received the pohe, so we couldn't do anything. We wanted to stay there two night, but after this night we checked out. The hotel was correct, paid back the price.

Great apartments, so close to chairlift. Rental ski store on main floor. Nice & clean. Comfortable. Highly recommended. Although a walk downhill to most restaurants, use google maps to enjoy the lovely cobbled side streets. We did not find the walk uphill back difficult.
