Very clean and spacious we had a room for 6 women and was spacious, the locker room to store ski equipment was very clean and additional bathrooms in the lobby area was ideal as we could use it whenever considering we only had one bathroom in the room

One bathroom shared between 6 we made it work but would be ideal if there was another barhroom. No kettle which was a shame and no full length mirror only in the bathroom which if it was occupied it took longer to get ready. Also the room has 3 televisions which was unecessary to have so many and could have replace one of the tvs for a mirror. Every else exceptional

2 mins walk to the ski slope, which was great to start and the ski day. There was a nice locker room for the skis. Place was clean and well-suited for cooking. Reception staff was very nice.

It felt the temperature inside the room went up and down during the night (not much), which is not great. The apartments are of course up the hill, so we need to talk up and down if we want to go to bigger supermarkets or restaurants, but that was expected from the location we booked.

Apartments are well located within close walking distance from a ski rental and piste acces. Rooms are modern and well maintained. Ski lockers in the hotel are convenient.

Andorra is also attractive for groups of friends that like to hang out and to party. If you sleep under or near such a group your sleep can be interrupted. Arriving by bus requires a walk uphill of about 15min. Use a backpack and you will be fine.

Apartment was a great size, really clean and warm, had everything we needed. Loads of space for suitcases, and had a nice living area. Staff on the front desk were all lovely. Free lockers for your skis too!

Very clean and modern apartment. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was superb with new showers. The kitchen had everything you need to be able to cook. Supermarket is located inside the hotel which is a huge bonus. Friendly staff

Check out is at 10:30 which is pretty early

This is our second visit here and we were once again not disappointed. The reception desk is manned 24/7. The staff are lovely and always greet you with a smile. The facilities are great and very clean. The onsite shop is a bonus and very well stocked. The boot room is spacious with excellent lockers. Access to the slopes from here is just a short walk away.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Reasonable prices and friendly people. Ski and snowboard hire were very reasonable compared to other European countries.

Weekends the lifts were quite busy, so queuing time did increase. We weren't there during European school holidays, so can't comment on how busy it gets during peak periods.

Pretty new installations, close to the slopes, easy check out with options to leave suitcase and to even shower before taking the road...

The only negative point which can be a hassle is that there are few parking slots available, so they end pretty fast. As a consequence you have to park in the street and pay with coins!!

The property is very well maintained, clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The location is not ideal for beginners in skying as it is a bit of a walk to the starting. That was out case. Next time I hope to come over to the property and use the closer entrance to the snow.

Location is close to slopes but is also at the top of the town (getting there from where the bus dropped us off was intense)
