The room is spacious enough. Room service offers a good range of options at a fair price.

Staff could be friendly and nicer. They were all very grumpy and moody.

Everything was amazing, the staffs was super friendly and helpful. I would like to mention the Staff Housekeeping EMILLY SINDIORRANY. I was staying in the floor 11 and she was responsible for maintaining corridors and room’s tidy. I have to say that she did and amazing job during my stay and she’s a very hard worker.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, the restaurant was lovely, breakfast the best I have had in any hotel in Brazil and great value for money.

It is not acceptable to not offer glasses or cups in the hotel room for water or otherwise. That was a frustrating surprise.

we ended up not staying because my partner lost his documents with the uber and we went through a super stressful situation trying to get it back. Police officers around, etc. the staff were so fantastic and understanding, really helped us. Francisco and Anderson, thank you so much, I feel bad for all the hassle we caused but they were absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay with you again in the future. Thanks

Very good location, great breakfast and excellent options for dine in restaurants

Not very easy to find at night, the hotel sign is very small. We had to drive around the park right across the hotel to eventually find it.

We had the suite room which was excellent

The only thing was the options for breakfast, just maybe a few more fruit options and hot options, no tapioca pancakes

The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities are good but needs some repairs, the breakfast included with the stay is good but needs more refresh.

The service provided went the extra mile. The staff were friendly and very helpful. And the hotel is located in a very welcoming area of Belo Horizonte, Pampulha.

Breakfast could be a little better. It lacks diversity. However, the view from the restaurant at the top is amazing.
