Staff members polite behavior, flexibility and welcoming nature

Everything was good but the room size was small and being a vegetarian (no eggs too) struggled a bit..

The location has easy access to the highway. The breakfast was excellent. The room comfort was OK, but with bellow average finishing.

My first room had an issue with the lock, and I had to change rooms. You can´t fully turn off the lights on the room (they stay with a low dim no matter what.). The check-in was very slow.

Hotel is clean and rooms are proper

The hotel is right beside the highway, so it's extremely noisy at night. I could not sleep at all due to the loud noise of trucks in the highway.

in the middle of no where, can’t walk outside property gate, no gym, no pool, zero amenities, no wifi access in room, brfst same as every hotel does not change. hotel management took advantage to increase price because all other hotels were full due to an event

Unfortunately I found a very uncomfortable room due to outside noise and direct lighting installed.

Bed sheets were dirty, Poor Breakfast, Absurd noise outside of the property kept us up all night.

The staff were extremely polite and always happy to help. The breakfast was also very good.

The room was nasty. All the walls were dirty with shoe marks, the toilet was a disgrace. The shower floor was dirty and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. There was a leak coming out of the shower box and that made a huge puddle in the bathroom floor. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Betim and/or the surrounding areas.
