Nice and clean Hotel, everything worked as expected, clean, functional rooms, good bathroom, we got garage and friendly reception staff. I liked the neighborhood too, although farther away from the main attractions of Belo Horizonte, but close to the Natural History Museum, Expominas and the MRV Arena.

The breakfast time on weekends is different and staff there counts in every second of it to open the door. My son is special, we kindly asked them to open a little earlier (+-5 min earlier) and they were strict about it. I understand, but it also looks insensible.

The hotel is friendly, with a minibar and microwave, simple and welcoming. The staff are extremely friendly. I had broken my foot. So you have to understand that the hotel is far from the center, but Padre Eustáquio, the neighborhood, is very quiet.

The bathroom is slippery, I had a broken foot, but I think that makes it easier to fall. It needs to be reviewed. And since traffic in Belo Horizonte is difficult and the streets are like slopes, for those who have difficulty getting around, it's best to look elsewhere.

It was very clean e very cozy

We liked the location as we had easy access to the building. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Easy and flexible check-in and checkout.

The bathroom design was odd. The water from the shower ran through the whole bathroom, and the floor was slippery. We were instructed by staff to remove the water by ourselves after each shower and to place bath towels on the floor to avoid slips.

Polite staff, good quality breakfeast and wifi.

Cleanliness should be better (bathroom, towels etc). Location is close to Expominas, which is why I chose the hotel in the first place, however, other than that, the location is not great.
