Location is great. Staff is very friendly.

Guests have to request room service. Bathroom shower leaks outside the glass. Grout in shower ceramic is old, dirty spots in several areas. There's only a thin blanket that is provided. Of you are cold, you would have to request one. I believe my review is pointless. Because of the location, place is always packed, so, I don't think they will care.

This is really a great hotel for the price. We generally stay at places rated 9.0 or higher on Booking.com, but we tried this place because it was in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in and the price was great. And we ended up really loving the place. Very clean, comfortable room, great staff, good breakfast, and their policies are extremely favorable for their guests (2:00 PM checkout which they say you can extend for free, breakfast goes until 11:00 AM, free waters and soft drinks in the refrigerator). It's a great choice for the price in a very good area.

Friendly English speaking staff in a smart, clean modern hotel in BH. It’s mainly a business hotel for Brazilians and it’s very popular. It’s in a safe area of town with a Mall located a couple of blocks away. Easy to walk into the central area of BH with lots of restaurants, shops and museums. A tour bus leaves from outside the Holiday inn which is round the corner we going directly to Inhotim Art gallery.

Breakfast could have been better. The coffee was Terrible, but a good coffee shop is close by. It’s busy at breakfast time, but the food is refreshed quickly and it means everything is fresh. Overall this didn’t ruin my stay. I recommend this place especially for the price.

It suited my needs - was well placed for where I had to get to, I loved the fact that check out was not till 2pm which was ideal. It was easy to organise a taxi to the airport at a good rate, the restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast and I have no complaints. I especially liked that the restaurant had both indoor and outside tables. It was easy to get to and near Shopping Centres. The room had all that was needed for a short stay.

From the very moment we stepped into the hotel, it's the staff that got us going, they were extremely helpful & polite. Special mention to Rodrigo at the reception, kudos to the hotel for having him onboard their team. We look forward to coming here again, whenever we stay in Belo Horizonte.

The beds were slight uncomfortable, a little hard on the back, but I understand, the wear and tear, so it was manageable

Very well-run hotel for both business as leasure travelers. I really enjoyed some small efficiencies like the fact that the hot water almost comes out immediately and the fact that you don't have to sign in for WiFi but just connect to the network like you would do at home, or that you can contact reception via whatsapp. Also, the fact that they allow check-out until 14.00 really shows that they cater to the needs of the traveler, unlike most other hotels, where you sometimes feel it's the other way around. I asked to print our boarding passes and they did it almost instantly. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably well insulated, although it shows these rooms are used intensively (very popular hotel) .Good breakfast buffet, although it can get crowded at 8.00. Hotel is in a good location for first time visitors like us to BH. Would def. come back.

The food of the restaurant didn't seem that spectacular, but hey, it's a big hotel.

The room was small but cozy. The meals were delicious and not too pricy. The breakfast was delicious. It was close to my dr. appointment.

Its not a negative but I noticed that reservations on weekdays cost significantly more than weekend days. It must be a weekly promotion because the hotel was packed full on the weekend.

Large, comfortable bed. Well decorated room. Polite staff. Gym available with the basics. Flexible check out hours. Strong air conditioning in reception.

The breakfast was very basic and the pão de queijo was honestly not up to the standard in Minas Gerais. The handheld bidet (duchinha) was too powerful and leaked. The temperature gauge on the AC remote in the room was wrong by about 5°C.
