Staff members polite behavior, flexibility and welcoming nature

Everything was good but the room size was small and being a vegetarian (no eggs too) struggled a bit..

The location has easy access to the highway. The breakfast was excellent. The room comfort was OK, but with bellow average finishing.

My first room had an issue with the lock, and I had to change rooms. You can´t fully turn off the lights on the room (they stay with a low dim no matter what.). The check-in was very slow.

Hotel is clean and rooms are proper

The hotel is right beside the highway, so it's extremely noisy at night. I could not sleep at all due to the loud noise of trucks in the highway.

in the middle of no where, can’t walk outside property gate, no gym, no pool, zero amenities, no wifi access in room, brfst same as every hotel does not change. hotel management took advantage to increase price because all other hotels were full due to an event

Internet was good

Many things. Had to change room due to a blocked toilet. Only 1 towel supplied when the booking was for 2 people. The restaurant closed one day at lunch as pest control were in. Also the next day we called from the room and they said the restaurant closed at 14:00. When we went there at 13:30, we were given menus but after we sat down we were told the restaurant was closed. The general interior of the rooms is very dilapidated. The rooms are very small. The cleaners make a lot of noise very early in the morning. The cleaners constantly hold of the elevators so there is only 1 operational and you can be waiting a long time to get to your room or reception. There was a dog in a room near me barking a lot from about 05:00. You really allow this?

Unfortunately I found a very uncomfortable room due to outside noise and direct lighting installed.

Bed sheets were dirty, Poor Breakfast, Absurd noise outside of the property kept us up all night.
