I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Bloom Hotel in Mississauga last week. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major roads. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for restful nights. Housekeeping was consistent and efficient throughout my stay. Overall, Bloom Hotel provided excellent value and a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will definitely return in the future.

I did not like the attitude of the staff, namely a girl who worked on a night shift from May 25 to 26. We arrived in the morning with a small child, warned in advance that the race would be early. But upon arrival, this girl refused us in the settlement, saying that she could populate us if we pay an additional 50 CAD. As a result, we left and returned at 5 pm, after which we were already inhabited by another shift .

Hotel lobby is very nice (modern and sheek). The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The restaurant on site was very good and the service was excellent.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear clearly the phone ringing and the discussion in the next room. All rooms should have access to a good coffee brand and a working machine. Ours did not work. Coffee came out cold with grains. I attended the front lobby and asked for assistance (either a new machine or an offer of a free coffee) and they declined either request. Apparently maintenance does not work on sunday and a free coffee was not an option from the restaurant where breakfast is served for a fee. Not acceptable for a hotel at this price point.

I arrived very late and checked out very early so I did not get to experience everything. I watched the TV and it was glitchy and froze many times as did the WIFI. Aside from that, the place was clean, the staff friendly and I have no complaints.

Location to the airport. Very clean and feels new. Our room was very spacious. Laundry facilities were complimentary. Staff were very helpful.

Respected quiet time between 10pm and 7am was not observed. Loud people at 1am. The air conditioning was very loud and blew straight into your face which was a little annoying.

Preferred the help yourself system at Hilton Garden Inn, Cambridge to the waited service at Bloom.

No drinking water supplied in room unless you were a club user. Again the Hilton Garden Inn did better here in spite of being a slightly less expensive hotel.

The room was immaculate and very well designed. We were surprised by the size of the room which made it comfortable to move around and get ready for our outing. The bathroom was sparkling clean and very nice.

The hotel staff is always ready to assist you. The cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional! My husband and I were there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Book it!

The pool water was pretty cold but that could be subjective.

I had stayed at bloom the day before and after my wedding. I also had family that stayed for a whole week and enjoyed the cleanliness and comfortability of their stay as well as mine. The staff were helpful and prompt on our responses. the staff were also very friendly at the reception area, as well as cleaning staff.

THIN WALLS!!!!! I could hear the room beside me’s music, conversations and some explicit sounds…. Had to call front desk 5+ times to make a noise complaint and when I asked for a different room they didn’t want to give it to me.
