Booked this hotel to be close to airport as had an evening flight next day roof top pool was amazing to hang out when waiting to go to airport. Roof top pool was just prefect size for a cool dip with jacuzzi. The air conditioned gym had sauna that was also on the same floor as pool with showers. Booked family room which was amazing for space and privacy as it was ajoining rooms beds so comfortable and unground car parking was great at an extra cost to room fee and had full flexibility to leave hotel and return during the time we stayed

Room over looked very busy round about but didn't affect us as there was no noise being on 5th floor. Alittle delay at check in as the room we booked (family) was not the room assigned (triple) staff were super and sorted the IT error as fast as possible and we were allocated room we booked with no difficulty

big room with comfy beds. the swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness room nearby science museum for kids shops, groceries nearby busses and metro within 5-15 minutes walk. several restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. It was not expensive.

the shuttle bus to take us from the airport did not arrive when promised. After waiting over 30 minutes, we had given up and used a taxi. The staff kept promising the shuttle "coming just in a few minutes". Getting to the hotel with a car is a bit complicated, one has to drive around it.

I love this hotel....the staff are lovely and welcomed me back like an old friend...close to the airport with complementary shuttle service, which also runs round the business district making it perfect for going to the office. Lovely little garden at the rear of the restaurant which has a great kitchen, good breakfast options as well as tasty lunch and dinner choices Easy enough to get to city centre

It was clean and comfortable, with great friendly staff. Not too far from the city ( about a 15 min Uber trip ) The hotel is a lovely and comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommend this place. Just 5 mins walk away is an indoor mall, and plenty of restaurants such as Pizza, Italian food and even an American shop. The added bonus was a very nice rooftop swimming pool ( a bit dated ) but very nice, and with a jacuzzi and a great place to chill with great night time rooftop views of Alcobendas town.

Room was comfortable and ventilation was good. windows double glazed very quiet.

Mention of not having a shuttle on weekend days is not mentioned on front page and have to dig into description to find out that no free shuttle on weekends. Was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

The staff and the hotel in general IE in terms of ease, modern , clean also we found d it very easy to find and to park

I'm a difficult person to please when it comes to beds and I did find the beds a LITTLE bit on the old style "hard" spanish. It wasn't torture but I would have appreciated a slightly softer mattress. Putting this into context it wouldn't stop me from staying there again

The hotel was great - very friendly staff at the reception, good location short travel for ubar into madrid city center

Just the one bar staff, the guy was very rude, often ignored us, slammed our glasses on the counter and threw change onto the plate, in the end i payed by card. I waited over 20 minutes to be served at one stage

Room is a great size Comfortable bed Really helpful staff Hotel shuttle to/from airport and local businesses a HUGE bonus Evening meals very tasty!

Hot breakfast food needed to be that...hot...cold scrambled eggs are not great

It was very clean and what I really appreciated: the large towels that could also fit not so skinny people (as myself). I also liked that they provide dental kit (toothbrush and a small toothpaste), I travel a lot through Europe and until now I didn’t find a dental kit in any other hotels. The shower cabin vey spacious and the bathroom well equipped and again very clean!!

Slippers were missing which is a big NO taking in consideration that the floor is not covered with carpet and it’s very cold. The plugs were sufficient enough but on the side with the closet there was no plug. The beds were on wheels (we asked for a double room with twin beds) and any wrong turn you were getting wheeled away. The minibar didn’t have two of each product even though I made the reservation for two people.

The rooms are quite simply furnished so it isn't a luxury hotel. However, we had a minibar/fridge and air con. Bathroom was spacious with shower over the bath and water was hot. The bedroom, bathroom and other areas were all very clean. Beds were comfortable, bedding was cool cotton and towels were a good size and soft ( I hate crunchy towels!) All of the staff, from reception and bar to the cleaners and the man who cleaned the pool and took us to airport were all extremely friendly and helpful. We paid less than £300 for a twin room for 3 nights over Easter and I think that is amazing value. Having the pool and roof terrace to relax on was great too. The weather was fabulous so it was lovely to be able to have a swim..it was under cover so we could go in the morning and it was warm inside. Jacuzzi wasn't boiling hot but it would probably be too hot in the heat if it was much hotter! My husband and son had breakfast and a couple of meals and said the food was nice. My daughter and I just got some croissants from the Aldi a few minutes walk away and had coffees from the bar. Ate at a fantastic pizza place about 5 minutes away where food was excellent and staff friendly. 2 huge pizzas and 2 soft drinks for 30 euros. We went in to Madrid 2 of the days and an Uber was around 22 euros each way. Didn't take long to get there and the uber arrived within minutes. Had free transport to airport too. Had to get an uber to hotel as it was a Bank Holiday but that was only 13 euros. If you go into Madrid, I would recommend the eco tuk tuk tour. Only had time for the 1 hr express one but it was fab. Also the Flamenco show near Gran Via was good fun! I would definitely go back to Madrid and to this hotel.

Nothing! Although it may have been nice to be in the middle of Madrid, we actually enjoyed being close enough to enjoy Madrid but also having the pool and space to relax.
