I liked the most the guy on the reception. I think his name is Ricardo. He speaks English, Spanish, French. He really knows how to do his job and is one of the best members of stuff I have met in my life. He made my stay very welcome and pleasant. I am very thankful to him.

Just be aware that this hotel is nice but is VERY far from the city center. It might not look as far on the map, but it will take you 1 hour by bus (which is coming every 40 min) to get to the city center. Also this hotel is more suitable for people with car, but know ones who is traveling by foot.

I liked everything! They even gave us a snack and chew toy for our dog. You can't beat that! I've been at hotels that cost more than double the cost of this Ibis and Ibis beat them overall.

There weren't any hand towels. Would loved to have had more pillows (there were 3 for two people) and a mini bar. But you can't have everything..

Spacious, comfortable room with everything you need.

Semi transparent curtains would be useful in the windows. With the blinds and curtains that were in the room you can not cover the window from the view from the opposite building without blinding it completely. Breakfast could have been better.

Perfect for the price and very clean since we travelled with our 3 year old boy. There is also a 24hours restaurant so we could had dinner even in the late evening. The staff was very kind with us. it’s very good for a stopover in Madrid.

There is no shuttle to and from the airport, so the taxi cost us more than the night at the hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Sunday the breakfast was great, Monday there was slightly less selection. Other meals were tasty.

Location was fairly isolated from shops, restaurants, etc.

The location was superb and parking was secure. We used it as a stopover on a longer journey.

The room and the hotel were boiling hot. The air conditioner took a long time to cool down the room, and we had to leave it running all night.

excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean room, nice & friendly staff, not too far from metro station (~15-20 min. on foot), easy checking and checkout

pretty limited space in the room, even finding a place for a big travel bag was quite a challenge. Everything else was good.

The bed, the small room and the staff. Lovely hot water in the big shower and everything was clean. There wasn't one unfriendly staff member.

Sad that not much fresh food was on offer. The reception and waiting area was somewhat chilly. The small bar, which was too expensive, had some games available for children and families but after lots of use, some were incomplete, like the one pack of playing cards.

It’s clean and comfortable bed. Not too far from the airport, made the morning trip less stressful.

It could have a few more facilities in the room like coffee etc and the TV isn’t a smart tv.

Great location close to airport and main route to Madrid check in was quick and easy .,parking is charged but is secure Kitchen and Bar open late with outdoor seating area
