The hotel room was clean and it didn’t smell. The air conditioning worked well. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the metro train station. The train trip into Madrid was easy to navigate. The surrounding area had a very safe and pleasant feel to it. There was multiple cafes within a 15 minute walk. There were lots of green walking spaces within a 5 minute walk.

We decided to skip airport hotels this time for our layover and that’s why we ended up in Globales de Los Reyes. We wanted to feel Spain a little bit more and we were not wrong. The hotel is located in a quiet street but near cafes, restaurants, and near San Sebastián de Los Reyes’ city center The hotel is in great condition, very clean. The greatest thing is the staff, very nice people trying to do their best to help you out Even though it was a night staying you could realize that every thing works properly here.

It was very nice hotel with everything we needed. It was very close to our friends that live in the area. The staff was very nice and the room was spotless clean.

I booked through Booking.com and so I expected to hear from the hotel from there, but they answered my questions by email....which wasn't helpful to me. The only thing I didn't like was the bed...it was very hard, like a board.

Classic hotel, very correct, very clean, and people very friendly. Continental buffet style breakfast with selection of warm and cold food, coffee and juices.

Could add something else to the warm selection of breakfast, like bacon or eggs

The staff were all helpful and friendly. Room, though small, was neat and tidy. More than anything, I love that it has a bidet. Great if one needs only to rest. Value for money. And it's near the airport.

Although located in a quiet community, there wasn't any convenience store nearby. One needs to go out and walk a few hundred meters to eat. There's the Telepizzeria though but food choices are limited.

Very nice room at a decent price, in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was overall pleasant and facilities seemed clean and well kept.

Could have done with some additional lighting at night in the room, one side of the bed only had light from the little bedside table lamp, which was barely enough.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and the shower had great water pressure.

Bed was a little too firm for my liking but the pillows were good.

Really comfortable room nice and clean with good water pressure in the shower. Bed mattress was just a bit too firm for me but that’s a personal preference. Excellent value for money.

It's really hot in the room even turning off the heating system. I went there in March and I had to sleep with the window open.

If you not have a car then its difficult because the taxi's from Madrid do not go to this area. Parking is available at Euro10 per night.
