A very good place to stay. Breakfasts were pretty nice, overall a clean hotel, a very comfortable bathroom, room was nice. Very well-working AC with no bad smell, which can be sometimes a problem.

Can't really say I disliked something in particular. Breakfast could have more options. It got a bit boring after two weeks. The two dinners I had there were a bit more expensive compared to similar quality outside and there was quite a lot of traffic around the hotel, as it sits near a highway, but it is just nitpicking. Also, if you are traveling by a car, the proximity ti a highway can be actually a benefit.

Modern and well-maintained facility, in a great location. Comfortable room, with nice beds. The staff were friendly and helpful -- quick check-in and out. We rented a car at the airport, taking advantage of the free parking. There are lots of options for restaurants for dinner and cafes for breakfast, and the area is very safe and pleasant for walking. A nearby park is great for children to play, for running, or just for taking in the local scene. A grocery store is literally next door, but check opening hours for weekends.

room was excellent and set up for 3 beds as requested. everything was spotless. staff was super friendly and helpful. breakfast was great: food was good, varied, and the room was pleasant. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was excellent. 9 euros for everyone. available on the 1/2 hour. service was excellent. an unexpected treat. Kudos to the reception people who helped me adjust my watch to the new time change. They accomplished this in 2 minutes and were so very polite.

everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and should I return to Spain, I would stay there.

This was a ‘practical’ choice for me as I was finishing up a 6 week trip and was flying home from Madrid. The value was excellent - location good being a short distance from the airport and they have a shuttle at nominal cost. Breakfast was just fine with enough options for most anyone. The surrounding area is easy to walk, safe And offers many food choices.

My one beef (being an English only speaker) is their TV package does not carry a single English News station (BBC, CNN International, etc). Their in-room information does not match the current reality.

The property was very clean and the staff professional and courteous. Great value for your money.

I love everything about the property. I wish I could have controlled the air conditioner/heating system. The weather had changed outside so my room was very warm. I wanted to use the air conditioner but the hotel was still using heat so I had to open the windows in order to cool down. I understand that this is a common occurrence in Europe due to the uncertainty of the weather during certain months.

The room is very big and equipped with everything you need, very quiet The bed is spectacular - huge and very comfortable Modern TV, you can connect your device to watch what you want Very good breakfast and the restaurant was never crowded Helpfull staf Free gated parking Minibar and beverages and snacks always availiable in the hall

The water from the shower was leaking to the floor so we allways had a wet towel there Have to understand that it's really far from the city center

The breakfast was great with excellent variety and quality. Staff at reception and restaurant were efficient & friendly. The room was well appointed & spacious and included a king-size bed and a beaut bathroom.

The location better suits business travellers & those with a car. Whilst the train station is an easy 10-15 walk away, it takes 3 trains to get to the Sol or Gran Via areas. Overall the time it takes from the hotel to downtown by train is an hour or more.

Location 400 m away from the metro station. The parking access was perfect for our minivan - outside parking just in front of the hotel. The room was clean, cozy and quiet.

The breakfast is good, but definitely there is a lot of room for improvement. You don't have a big variety of options, there are no fresh vegetables except tomato and if your stay is one week, you eat the same every day.

It was modern and in an area of hotels around the airport catering mainly for transiting visitors. I would not recommend for longer stays in Madrid it is too far away from everything. It was large enough and furnished well. Towels and linen were clean and fresh and the bathroom sparkling. The breakfast included in the price was excellent. The shuttle was 9euros per room and well worth using. It was a very quiet good nights sleep Staff were welcoming at reception. Good value for money

Everything was fine It was perfect for the night before a flight.

The bed quality is amazing, much better than various 4 star hotels that do not invest enough on this.

The property had all necessary for a comfortable stay. We were just surprised that one day it was OK for us to charge the breakfast to you our room bill and the next one the staff said we should pay up front before entering the buffet.. not sure what criteria applies.
