The staff was great! Miriam, Javi, Carmen & Martha, all really nice and helpful. The apartment had almost everything that we needed and it was very clean . The AC worked really well and the beds were comfortable. The property is close by a lot of places but not within walking distance . I’d you have a car or is ok. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the coffee was good 👍🏼.

The place is very simple and the kitchen is lacking basics like a cutting board, knives, coffee machine. The staff was nice to lend me a cutting knife from the kitchen but it should include at least one in the apartment.

The hotel location is good for some quiet time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The fridge is good and clean.

The location is far from the airport and can get quite boring at some point. The rooms aren’t provided by water or any snacks. So if you arrive at night, it’s a problem to get your water. There’s no grocery shops or nearby restaurants. I had a WiFi problem, that wasn’t resolved until next day. I felt a bit lonely with no WiFi and no where to go. I was surprised to have WiFi problems

A great place with great value. Did not stay much but I recommend it for a week' stay or more. Plenty of space in a big hotel, no luxury but otherwise great value.

Arriving late can be an oddisey as the place is neither easy to reach nor easy to navigate. Key dispenser seems not to work in nighttime so you need to figure out how to get the keys. HINT: go to the deserted front desk and read the notices: there is a night front desk service that will guide you to retrieve the keys. Not fun when you arrive really tired but... And you need a car to get there.

Generously sized 1 bedroom apartment, clean and very quiet. Staff was great--friendly and very helpful. Full sized refrigerator and 2 TV's. A great value for the money. will definitely stay again.

Kitchen could use some additional basics. Some items need replacement. like a broken floor lamp and stove fan. But that did not make the stay any less delightful.

This is our second time at this hotel. The rooms are a very generous size and even have a small kitchen in them with a fridge and electric hobs and cupboard space. There were two large single beds in the room that were pushed together and a chair. The Bathroom was also large. Breakfast was basic but sufficient for the price paid. It was exactly what we needed to visit our friends in Majadahonda.

The bathrooms could do with a little updating, but not a major deal.

Good beds, nice bathrooms (especially if you get a bathtub), easy check-in and check-out.

When we left some days early in the morning and put the "please clean room" sign on, we came back to nothing cleaned, and the sign being swapped to "do not disturb". This is not our usual experience.

The room was very big, clean, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. Temperature control was also a great thing to have, since it was really cold and rainy in Madrid during our visit. The breakfast was not very diverse, but all the options available were fresh and tasty. Also very good price.

This was an excellent choice for a family of 3. The apartment was spacious and the ‘real’ bed in the sitting room perfect for my daughter. The breakfast buffet was totally adequate and the staff kind and attentive. It was worth paying for breakfast beforehand but there was a very fair rate for a continental breakfast available. Definitely a very useful option for a quiet place to stay outside the city yet 30 minutes by car to the center. Recommended strongly!

The only thing that could have been better was a bedside lamp that wasn’t very functional.

Comfortable beds, huge window which was possible to open, free parking right down from our windows. Big shopping malls and the outlet mall about 10minute drive away. Downtown Madrid was about 20-25minute drive away.

More English channels on the TV. If you have no car, transportation will be a problem, since the location of hotel is right by the highway.

The location is very good, close to the motorway and to Madrid or El Escorial, but a car is needed as only the village of Las Rozas is near by (within walking distance). Plenty of parking in front of the hotel. The staff are excellent, always helpful! The breakfast is great and the coffee is delicious!
