Budget hotel that ticks all the boxes Very clean functional bedroom spotless bathroom with pretty good sound proofing for this type of hotel resulting in a good night’s sleep The breakfast was adequate and choices reasonable for a hotel of this type the choice of Teas in particular was excellent The hotel was vey secure with both car and pedestrian access controlled through gates The location is a little difficult to find on a access road to a garage and Burger King but once located it’s fine The staff are approachable and helpful and we would certainly stay again when visiting Mostoles

The bedrooms were a bit hot at night and the air conditioning was off due to the time of stay for New year

Of course My stay at Ibis Budget Madrid was a great experience by all standards. What I liked most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, and were always willing to help me with any request or inquiry. I would like to thank the staff who made my stay at this hotel an unforgettable experience. Great overnight stay on a long trip. Easy access. Parking.

Reception is not in the main building, but at the end of the parking lot as it is shared with another hotel.

The hotel is good. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Check in at night was really fast. Room is clean, bed is comfortable:) Free private parking is a real plus :)
