Nice staff always helpful and smiling. Extremely central in the middle of town. Quiet Sunday through Thursday. Some hustle and bustle on Friday on side street restaurants until 12-1 ish. Saturday no sleep due to side street restaurants table and chair moving (and street flamenco singers). I would stay again: for 6 days would stay Sunday through Friday; for seven days would ensure a middle room just for the Saturday as middle rooms windows are internal. Inner rooms for Saturday, outer rooms all other days. Very comfy beds and pillows good for sleeping.

The location is good, close to terraces and restaurants, 10 minutes walk to Alcazaba. It also offers parking, although subterranean and very tight. It also offers a baby crib, as we traveled with our baby this was a must. They offer a modest breakfast - we didn't take it, so couldn't comment on it, but it's convenient they do that. The room seemed renovated and decorated in a classical style which I personally liked. Bathroom was big. Everything was very clean and we appreciated that.

Some staff member called our room at 9.30 pm to tell us to move the car a bit to make room for another. This woke up our baby and was very disturbing for me. Nevertheless, I moved it as much as I could, given the very tight space, however, the next day there was no car parked besides. There should be a policy not to disturb guests after 7 pm by calling in the room, especially those with small babies, though we could have been approached when we entered the hotel and passed by reception. Parking is expensive (18 euro/day), but it's a scarcity in the city center. A flare of old fashioned atmosphere in the hall, elevator and rest of the hotel. The room was small, but manageable.

Once we found that the hotel was now a different name ( they have informed b.com) it's now called Hotel Torreluz Senior, we both had a fantastic time. The parking was right next to the hotel entrance and although the lift was small it was relatively easy. The staff were exceptional, the room was very clean and had all that we needed. The location couldn't have been better, right in the middle of shops and bars. Will definitely return.

We had a great stay! The staff were excellent—really friendly and helpful, especially Ignacio, who handled our check-in with such warmth. The hotel was spotless, and everything felt well cared for.

The only downside was that our window overlooked the hotel foyer. While the weather was sunny, we couldn’t dry our beach towels or bathing suits because we didn’t have outdoor access for them.

Inside room in city centre, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable, with good wifi. Friendly receptionist told me I'd stayed there before, which was correct, though I had no recollection of it. Reasonably priced breakfast, though not a large choice of items.

Basin plug didn't close properly! Inside room giving on to a central atrium, so no view, and room got a bit stuffy. So I turned air-con on, which shouldn't really be needed in December. Other than that, the room was nice.

Great location. Short drive about 20 mins in a taxi from the airport. Approx €18 ,Right in the city centre with lots of restaurants cafes and bars around.The staff were so friendly and nice and helpful in the hotel. Nothing a problem

Room was a little small. But sufficient enough. Made up with having a Great bathroom and loved having the balcony, the lift was back to back with our room and was a little noisy at night. Or if people were going out really early. We booked breakfast but wasn’t really great. The coffee was horrible. So we went out to get one instead and left breakfast…

Amazing location! Super close to 3 different toursital sites . Close to wonderful food and good restaurant and around the corner is a Tabacco shop ! The staff are Extremely helpful and gave me a map and a detailed brief on what to visit plus how to access public transportation

Only complaint is you need electrical plugs beside the bed!

Perfect location, you right in the mix of things! Shower was unbelievably strong, and everything was very clean. The staff were so helpful, and spoke excellent English even though we were trying to practice our Spanish! We didn’t get a space in the car park but could still unload and reload the car right outside and then found somewhere free to park about a 5-10 minute walk away and the car was fine!

Some people might say that the interior facing room was a negative, and I was surprised at first, but it was actually incredibly quiet and we had some amazing lie ins because we weren’t woken up by the sun!!

We only stay here for one night because we came to attend a wedding in the town. We came early and needed to park and prepare for the wedding. Staff are friendly and useful. They’re very welcoming and allowed us to checkin early without extra charge (we checked in around 11am). That was very thoughtful and sweet. Location is good since it’s right in the center, near to many restaurants and places. Out room is cozy and comfortable. We had a very good stay.

Good location. Staff helpful. Room was a good size. Handy parking on site although the car park elevator and parking spaces are TIGHT, wouldn’t recommend with a larger vehicle.

Hotel has recently changed names, although signage etc still currently shows the old hotel name - was a little confusing when trying to find it initially. Mattress was too firm for my preferences.
