The staff were very attentive and handled all our requests efficiently. From check-in to checkout, everything went smoothly. While the staff doesn’t speak English, they truly made every effort to communicate—using gestures, body language, pictures, and even translation apps—and were always eager to help. The bed linen was crisp, white, and freshly starched, which I personally really appreciate.

Breakfast was simple and filling, though it would’ve been nice to have some fruits or vegetables included.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach and close to plenty of bars and cafés, so the location was very convenient. The hotel itself is a little old, but it’s very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. They even let us leave our baggage for a few hours after check-out, which was a huge help. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would 100% recommend this hotel

The breakfast was easy to access. The selection was uncomplicated. It had everything I look for; yoghurt, fresh pastries, fruit, cappuccino, etc.🙏 The hotel is clean, bright and modern. I liked the sleek interior design. The outside of the property does not represent the quality inside.

I found the mattress a bit firm. The clima was a bit tricky to get going but I eventually figured it out. I could not get the Wi-Fi to work. I did not complain because my stay was short.

I booked at 6.00pm in the evening, very late. I can't speak Spanish, however the lady in charge Paloma did speak English and assured my Spanish friend that she would wait for me coming off a late bus. That's what I call excellent service.

Everything was excellent, superb.

Ideal location, 5 mins walk to museum & local shops, bus stops. A easy 20 minute walk to the main shopping area & great bars / restaurants. Historic places a extra 5 min walk. The hotel was a very good 2 ☆ & excellent breakfast offered. The main beaches also a 20 minute walk.

There was nothing that I did not like about it.

Breakfast was continental and as expected in much of Europe. Staff was very friendly.

The double bed was just big enough for both of us.

Would not travel there by car again without prior parking arrangements

A beautiful room with a lovely large bathroom and tub. Nicely decorated, large and clean! The room was incredibly soundproof from the street but had a window to open to get some air- perfect! The staff were super nice too. I recommend staying here for sure!
