The size of the apartment was really good, and it had everything we needed. The stuff was very helpful and kind in ever, situation, even if they did not speak english they tried to have some conversation with us. The hotel was clean perfectly, there is everything in the room for what you wish for. There is a big shopping center nearby, where you can buy everything whats needed for your trip. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing, they cook really good. You can eat a la carte if you dont have a food booked already.

I got a damaged iron from the reception with big damages and scratches, and they did not have other one (it was already used by some guest), and it damaged my dress (we were attending a wedding). The restaurant is closed between 2 meal periods, what was unfortunate. We wanted to dine between 3:30-8 pm but there was only pizza available at the moment...(the pizza was good, but it would be better if we had a chance to eat in that period). The hotel is not located in the center of the city you can only go by taxi or local buses, but the buses are going only until 10pm, so its a bit uncomfortable.

Great room, great bed. 2 pillows. Full length mirror. Free flavored cold water and 2 types of juices in the reception area. Own garage, and it is included in the price of the room!

No tea and nor coffee making facility in the room. Only one side of the bed has power plug (but naturally there is a plug beside the desk – for me it was not a problem to use that to charge my mobile, but for those who are fixated to put their phone beside the bed for the whole night, it will be a disappointment). Wifi is slow. For us the main problem was that at 7:30 a.m. they started some reconstruction work, with loud noise, throughout the hotel – but it is seemed a yearly action.

This is not our first stay at the Elba in Almeria .We stay here as it is a lovely clean hotel ,very conveniently situated for our needs .The beds are super comfortable . The staff are always happy to help with anything you need. The breakfast is a must , hot cooked food ,bacon ,eggs ,etc as well as cereals , pastries ,fruits yogurts ,whatever you could ask for . Close by the shopping centre and hospital . A few nice places to eat ,and all within walking distance .This hotel is a pleasure to stay in

I cannot think of anything negative about this hotel . It would be great if there was a pool ,but as it's situated in the city centre , that would be difficult .

From the moment we arrived the customer service was excellent. Front desk were always very helpful, the cleaning staff and breakfast staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious. We requested for our two rooms to be next to each other and this was all sorted on check in. Parking was very straightforward. Nothing seemed to be a problem to arrange.

Unfortunately the Air Conditioning in our rooms didn’t seem to be working to full capacity.

Absolutely everything, the staff were all wonderful. The hotel was lovely and clean. Everything works. Nothing was too much trouble . The location for us was perfect. The food was excellent, the waiting staff were excellent, one of them helped my husband out of a chair, he had a broken arm and was stuck. We did not ask he just came to help. Everyone was like that, pleasant, helpful and professional.

Location was perfect for us as we were in Almeria for a hospital appointment. We had a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived and that continued throughout our short stay were overwhelmed how attentive all of the hotel staff were especially in the bar and dining room.

There was nothing negative to say about the Elba. In fact quite the opposite. We are now looking forward to a longer return visit.

The size of the rooms and everything works. The comfort and size of the beds. The friendliness of the staff. Plus it's proper coffee not from pods/capsules. The location for us is really great. It's also close to both shopping centres. Taxi and bus services are handy to the hotel.

Room was neat,tidy and clean.beds were very comfortable and breakfast was very good with a great choice of food.Hotel was excellent and very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The area hotel was situated in was a good location.

Nothing.The hotel was more than we expected and enjoyed our short stay very much,and we would stay there again.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times , it is clean ,the staff are very welcoming ,it has what we need and is convenient for the hospital. It is close to all the amenities ,so we can just park the car conveniently outside the hotel ,and walk wherever we want to go . The breakfast is excellent ,you can have a cooked breakfast or various cold meats /cheese .. cereals ,yogurts and fresh fruit .perfect

This time ,there was a problem with the bed base on the right side . It had a terrible creaking noise every time I moved ,which kept me awake ..The mattress was very comfortable though . We have found that we prefer to have a room towards the back of the hotel ,as it is quieter than the ones at the front . Other than that the hotel is perfect for our needs . . It would be nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the rooms .

As always ,it's a pleasure to stay at The Elba Almeria . The location is perfect for our needs

This time the attachment that holds the shower was broken , so I had to hold the shower head whilst showering . However I reported it on departure, and I am 100% confident that it will be fixed asap ,as they are super efficient
