There qas nothing to dislikeable this hotel. It suited us perfectly. From the friendly welcome of the helpful staff in reception to a great room with a fabulous view. An excellent and plentiful selection for breakfast. The Dining room was only open Mon to Thursday understandable in a mainly business hotel. The meals were delicious and good value for money. The staff in the bar/ dining room were fabulous and couldn't do enough for you. Thank you for a lovely stay Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and good value.

People smoking outside there windows which made the smoke drift into our room especially during the night.

Great secure underground parking for my motorbike (ramp is wide and not steep). Good breakfast. Super cool air conditioning. Great hotel workers, the cleaner was very nice and polite and the desk and breakfast workers were also good.

View was of a petrol station, but I knew that when I booked, so it was not a problem .

We found that this Hotel is very good. Both the Room and Bathroom were clean . Nice Towels. Small shower gel. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was also good and had all what needed to breakfast. Nice staff at reception and at breakfast buffet. Parking is expensive but your dont need to book . There are a lot of park possibilities around hotel and on park of Alcampo ( see pictures done from the room). just 10 meters Alcampo shopping center with different food locals.

The location is not optional : too far away from centre or from beach.

cleanliness could be improved. we were there on Easter days and they had restaurant closed and no room service. Quite disappointing that they didnt have even minimum service for a 4 star…

This hotel is great for using when visiting the Hospital.

I would not stay here if my purpose for visiting was sightseeing as it is not in the centre of the Town.

Breakfast and dinner not available on Friday,Saturday and Sunday and no other restaurants open nearby.
