Communication before was great, quick response via booking.com messages. 20 minutes from airport by car. Easy to find. Lovely place. Nice and clean and had everything we wanted. Easy to check in, didn't read the room number on screen quick enough so pressed for help. Help was immediate. Cute little balcony. Beds/bathrooms made/cleaned daily, could decline if you wished. All essential equipment was there. Quiet duplex apartment, with air-conditioning. Lift access to rooms. Close to public parking, 3 min walk as couldn't access hotel parking, which was an added cost over £100 for the week. Close to indoor market with fresh produce, shops, restaurants/tapas bars, beach, museums, Alcazaba and El cable Ingles. Great base, stayed in Almeria for several days and had trips out for a few too. We'd recommend Restaurante Alquimico by Oliventia, bit more pricey but a different experience. Taskilla el chato, very cheap tapas and beer. £20 max for 2 people - 3 tapas and 4 beers between us. Not far from Fort Bravo. Worth taking a drive to Frigiliana, very pretty. Visited Nerja caves and had a Kayak trip. All worth doing. Nerja more tourist vibe though.

A little more lighting in the main bathroom would be helpful. Hot water could last a little longer in the shower. Sound from upstairs when their washing machine was spinning and draining water was loud one day, it woke us, we thought water was leaking through but was just the drains. We were from the UK so couldn't watch the TV downstairs but managed to work the projector upstairs. Casting didn't work so a cable would be helpful to plug into phone direct or make customers aware to bring their own. Overall we had a lovely stay and would visit again.

The apartments are located 15 minutes from the airport and taxi's are in abundance. Check in was super easy using the key code provided and then the automated check in machine. We booked Room 5 which was very spacious and came with a lovely outdoor space and hot tub. The beds and pillows are super comfy and the wet room with shower and bath were wonderful. Wasn't aware that housekeeping would be cleaning and making beds each day which was a lovely touch. Being in the centre, the apartments are within 10 minutes of the main attractions.. Cathedral and Castle. The area is surrounded by great Tapas bars with two supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Comms were excellent and every question we had was answered within minutes. Highly Recommended... You wont be disappointed.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Had all the amenities. Kitchen was great. We didn't use most of it as we only stayed one night. Fantastic bathroom. Great big bed. We walked from the bus station which was 1km away. Really easy to find.

There is a touch screen check in process which was awful. We were really hot and sticky with heavy back packs and the screen was in a narrow hot corridor. It wouldn't scan our passports,so we had to put everything in manually. We couldn't find a way to change the screen to English,so had to Google every box. Took over 15 minutes. We were blocking the corridor and had a queue behind us by the time we finished. This is the reason for a score of 8. Otherwise it would have been 10

Great location, beautiful and modern apartment on 2 levels. The bedroom is 'mezzanine' and the bed was huge! If you're staying more than a couple of nights there's full cooking facilities, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The coffee maker uses 'nespresso' type capsules. Brilliant WiFi and modern twist as there's a projector above the bed that streams films/series onto the wall in front of the bed.

The automatic check in was awkward as although in a Spanish resident, the details on the system wouldn't recognise this when I put my nationality as United Kingdom. Luckily the office was open so they manually checked me in. Minor issue, but could have been a problem if we were a late check-in.

We loved the design of the apartment, it was uber cool, the bathroom was a surprise with a full standing bath which was a treat to use after a very cold day. The bed was huge and very comfortable with the right amount of blankets. The apartment was warm which was also a nice surprise. The apartment was very clean and it was nice to have matching plates and cups etc (these are the little things that you know someone cares about your stay). It was helpful to have paid car parking close by for their guests. The apartment is central but you hear no noise from the surrounding bars or restaurants. This apartment is perfect for a weekend stay or a week stay don't look any further.

Self check in was a little of a pain having to type in all your details but lucky our host could see that we were a little slow in getting the information in, that she was able to assist remotely which was super helpful.

Loved the decor, comfortable apartment , very well equipped good bed pillows very very soft.. very good quality equipment in kitchen.

No instructions to get from the car park to the apartments. Roadworks on main road very noisy. Not hotels fault but contant noise. Some fitments in bathroom need attention light bulb gone, the floor standing taps at. Side of bath loose and wobbly. Only half the shower worked the lower jets not working. No instructions on kitchen microwave / oven, could have been cleaner floor was a bit gritty ! Kitchen needs more cooking utensils!

The apartment was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also impressive as well as the hot tub on the terrace, which we used most days to relax in after a long day walking. The location is excellent for the centre of the city with all attractions and museums close by. The cost of the apartment met expectations, and the checking in process was straight forward. I do like prefer a reception check in, however, the electronic check was easy to use. Although I wouldn't visit Almeria again, if I did, I would definitely use HO Paseo de Almeria to stay in again

It was a beautiful and comfortable apartment.I It was great to have a cleaner.In addition the bed was very comfortable.The location was superb handy for everything. There is a fantastic supermarket opposite,restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. The central market is 2 mins away. It is situated in the hub of activity with a carnival on 2 days in the road outside as well as demonstrations.All did not cause any problems. The beach is 15 mins walk.

It would have been nice to have access to a courtyard- we were not in the apartment which has access to it. A sharp knife to cut bread would be helpful.

The proberty is located directly in the city center and is really convinent to vist different places in Almeria. The apartment was really modern. The starter bag of the cleaning utilities( dishwasher tablet, washing machine tablet etc ) was from the hotel it was a big plus. My apartment had a projector and it is connected to netflix so you can enjoy your netflix with a really big screen. If you travel also with a car then HO can provide you a parking place for 10 euros a day.

I missed a good coffee machine at the apartment. The apartment has the italian style coffee machine and in the morning to make a cup of coffee is a bit troubelsom if you are in a hurry. A capsule coffee machine would be a lot better. And the kitchen corner could use some extra sliceing and diceing knives.

The bed is so comfortable The bathroom is so big, and with the 4 pieces, the distribution is amazing The kitchen is fully equipped The garden is so nice and cosy, with the jacuzzi always ready to go in, fantastic The gym is a very good extra The staff responded to me to all my queries so quickly, politely, and kindly, despite not having a reception desk, the communication and the care that they took was really good.

I would have added Netflix in the tv
