We had Room 205 on the front of the hotel. Situated right in the middle of town close to all the important sights and river the hotel has its own underground parking accessed off the Rue de Argensola. It is an extremely tight entrance and the parking spaces tight too, but, really convenient as alternative parking is difficult. The hotel itself has quite a traditional Spanish feel with a lot of dark wood features and furniture. Everything was immaculately clean!! Our room was large with bedside tables, sofa chair, long stool, desk / chair, medium sized flat screen TV, safe deposit box, luggage stand, large fitted wardrobe and dark brown floor / cream wall tiles in the bathroom. There was plenty of room for us to lay out our cases as we were only staying 1 night. The mini bar/fridge was stocked with cola, beer, water and orange juice, 2 of each. There is also a nice restaurant and bar serving a variety of good quality food and drink, to residents and non-residents inside and outside on the pedestrian area in front, at very reasonable prices to say it is a hotel. It was well attended and the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing in the warm evening. As we were on the front of the hotel there was some noise from the street but it wasn’t enough to disturb our sleep. Also, around 7am the fruit and veg market stalls arrived to set up on the street outside which was nice to see.

Central location. We had good price, very decent sized room facing away from square so was quiet. Large Free car park less than 5 mins walk. Had lunch in their smart restaurant which was great for price paid . 25€ for 5 courses, fully inclusive of water, wine and coffee, very nice, friendly service.j

No WI-FI password in room or given at reception on check-in. Had to phone down for it- ridiculous in 2023. Breakfast could have better quality products, orange juice was thin and watery, some hot food ran out at 9am no one came to replace it despite more people coming into breakfast.

The people who worked there were not as friendly as our stay there eight years ago. In fact in the restaurant the waiter was rude. The rooms are getting run down and the bed was very uncomfortable. We chose this hotel because of our experience there eight year ago. Big mistake! When we come back in two years we won’t stay there.

Centre of town, lovely bar/restaurant. room spacious and clean. Big bathroom. Soap and shampoo provided. AC superb.

Difficult to find if driving (lots of one-way streets), extra charge for parking. Breakfast not included. Pillows uncomfortable.

The location is excellent. The room was very nice and comfortable with a nice bathroom.

The hotel advertises Private Parking but does not mention the 11€ cost. There is a free public parking lot (uncovered) very close to the hotel. The hotel WiFi was very slow.

The room was cold. The heating was not working, and the electric radiator was not enough to warm up the whole room.

The food in their Cafe was exceptional, it was the best plate of food we had tasted from the whole of our roadtrip around Spain. The ambience of the hotel was exceptional and we look forward to returning, only next time we will stay for much longer!
