very clean and staff very friendly, facilities were very good. comfortable beds and lovely rooms. We booked full board option and food was very nice, great variety at each meal. upgraded during stay so had access to the 18+ roof terrace. which made the stay extra special. fantastic location, plus stop for road train just up the road so could visit other side of Calpe easily

only criticism was we didn’t really know what was going on in the hotel as the information wasn’t very clear. we also attended party in roof terrace one evening, where everyone was dressed in white and weren’t away so turned in darker clothes which was a tad uncomfortable. but

It’s a beautiful hotel, and I think it will look even better because they were reforming some parts of it. The thing I didn’t like was that as a 4 star hotel, it lacked some essential and basic things. For example there was no kettle in the room, the was a coffee machine but no capsules, no cups, nothing. The minibar only had 2 small bottles of water and in the bathroom there were no cotton swabs and nothing. But on the other side the view of the room was amazing, we were on the 11th floor with a sea view. The breakfast was exceptional, and the spa was awesome.

The rooms at the Hotel are comfortable and we used the Spa which was excellent. The Hotel is located very close to lovely beaches and seafront restaurants. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but the service in the bar and range of drinks avaliable very good.

The Hotel has not completed it's refurbishment works. Sitting by the pool was therefore very noisy. It would have been helpful if this had been made clear.

Really fantastic hotel. Impressive reception area, great facilities, very good breakfast, helpful staff. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

There was some construction by the pool area but this did not inhibit the use of the pools and it was nearing completion. The pool furniture and umbrellas were not in a great condition and I expect that these will be renewed once construction is completed.

Excellent value for money hotel. close to sea / sandy beach. Our room at 10th floor with sea view was spacious, moderm , clean and quiet. Also at January room was warm. Spacious room with features we needed like fridge, coffee machine. We had half-board - highly recommending due high mix of high quality & local food. Park places available alongside street. Big groceries, Consum and Mercadone at next door. Friendly and helpful personnel / front desk. Gets our recommendation at Calp - love to come back at some day

Guests just had to stand & wait in line in frustration. Swimming pool very crowded in the summer….& kids are allowed by their “parents” to scream & shout, which ruins anyone’s holiday….

Reception staff were extremley professional and friendly. Rooms were avalable before check in which helped. All our requestes had been taken on board which was really accomadating of the hotel. Poolside coffee and snack bar was excellent and so easy to have something through the day. Pool activities were fab and the staff got everyone involved, it had been very thought out as the entertainment became quite at lunchtime so nice and peaceful, even though the pools are not big, it was never a problem as some guests went to the beach. Enough beds and the lifeguard was very pro active with removing any towels that had been left, but it wasnt a big probem. I have to say a shout out to the pool maintenance team, I used to lay by the pool early and it was so good to see how much work went into keepng the pools clean before you got to swim in them. Spa was amazing and took my 15 year old son, he and my husband also had a massage which they thought was very good. I had never stayed before at the hotel but I would definately fo back. It has a great location on the quiter side of Calpe with some really great restaurants. We used the train to go to Old Calpe and also got a cab there one night from the hotel to go to a restaurant. We only had breakfast once at the hotel on the day we were leaving and one night for dinner both a buffet style. Nothing amazing in cuisine but the teenagers were happy and a variety of things, wouldnt eat there more than we had to as we like eating out.

If I wanted to be really picky, the bathrooms could do with a deep clean around the shower glass and skirting area. And a few more umbrellas around the pool, but thats it!

-great value for money -very helpful and smiling staff (helped me get transportation early morning back to the airport) -many options available at the hotel restaurant -large room and confortable bed (mine with fantastic sea view from the balcony) -big bathroom and a lot of space for the clothes and suitcases -the fact that there is a swimming pool even though I didn't use it -supermarkets very close by

-I just thought there could be several price options at the restaurant instead of a general flat fee. For example a price option for vegetarians or without dessert, etc. But I was told the restaurant is managed independently from the hotel. Anyway, not a problem as there are several restaurants 3-5mn walk from the hotel

Second time staying at the hotel and always enjoy it, staff go above and beyond in accomadating your needs at time of booking and check in. Activity staff are always good fun and create a great atmosphere for everyone. Housekeeping is very good and they never forget anything! We always go to the SPA and love spending time there, my husband had a massage and would highly recommend.

My only issue is there isnt enough umbrellas around the pool area,
