Breakfasts and dinners were amazing. Never seen so many types of fish types to be served, also oysters, scallops and crustaceans. Rooms are very clean, nice view, good infrastructure.

The hotel is very crowded (this doesn’t mean bad or anything), just too many people everywhere: lobby, beach, breakfast, dinner, kids club. Staff does amazing work, everything is fast and efficient. Lifts are a mess, lifts software has many bugs:) these are supposed to be smart, but if you miss your floor and no more floors were selected before you enter the lift - you get stuck in it until somebody will call the lift from outside. Also lifts sometimes do not go to all selected floors, and as soon as the are no buttons inside the lift, you need to get out and select once again and wait for the lift.

Loads of variety at breakfast and brilliant staff. Rooms were spotless and well appointed. Housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful as were the bar staff and kids club staff. Kids club amazing, even for the bigger kids! Hotel is very well maintained, clean and modern. Great location for walking around. Staff were trying their best to manage with the electric blackout.

The lifts were a bit of a disaster, especially when only one or two were working. E80 additional fee to turn on the fridge is unreasonable in family rooms. We weren’t told at check in that breakfast was included or any details of the breakfast arrangement so missed it on our first morning. Pool was too cold to go in to during our stay in early May.

No English TV entertainment channels, just BBC World news, CNN, but not even these were working due to "external issues"? Most upmarket hotels have Chromecast, Netflix etc and at least UK mainstream channels.Two TVs in the suite but completely useless. Had to pay 20 euro deposit to have a kettle, how petty, the assumption being we are all thieves.

When the hotel is not full, why were we given a room on the 28th floor directly beneath the SKY lounge which was VERY VERY loud. The music was booming out of this bar until the early hours and was extremely intrusive. Why, why, why does the volume have to be up so loud? We are not deaf! We visited the SKY lounge and it was so loud we had to leave. Also, when the hotel is not full, why is someone allocated the room directly next to ours so the smoke from their balcony came over to ours? Allocate rooms with some common sense.

I was given a room on a high floor with stunning views over Calpe' seaside. The facilities and the security are excellent. Rooms are well insulated. One cannot hear neighbours' noises.

The ratio bed size to room size could be better. The room design is convenient for short stay but could be problematic for long stays as there is little space to store items.

Perfect location with parking. We had a beautiful suite on the 14th floor with uninterrupted sea views & large sunny balcony. Lots of nice touches in the room, slippers, robes & toiletries etc.. The staff were really helpful & friendly too... We had breakfast included in our stay & there was everything you could possibly want .... Amazing place & would 100% recommend & definitely stay here again.

I had breakfast out. The coffee machine wouldn’t work for me & didn’t get sorted while I was there even though I had told them. I got a kettle instead but had to pay €20 deposit which was unusual

Exceptional views from the room. The room itself was lovely, and very large. Pools were really good, although I imagine would be even better in high season when they are warm!

We just didn't stay long enough (only had two nights at the hotel). We will definitely return.

It was wonderful, even better than we expected! Our room was upgraded to a suite, which was a great surprise. The best thing was the heated adult’s pool in wintertime! Breathtaking seaview from the balcony, spacious, modern & quiet room, very cozy bed. Delicious breakfast, huge selection. Very friendly staff, especially the young guy at reception.

The small blue night tables next to the bed should be tightened, they were loose and wobbly, but that’s not a big deal.

Large room well equipped room with amazing view. Great facilities. Child friendly. Central location for the town of Calpe. Easy parking under the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Awesome Sky Bar on floor 29.
